My friend has a handicap son that goes to a day program that is provided by the state during the week, the state pays for the program and the transportation to and from the program (Keissling Transit), which is where the problem lies...this company has employees that complain about having to pull in the driveway to pick up her son, show up late, bring the wrong vehicle to transport her son and she spends half the time taking her son back and forth herself.. Keissling Tranist affects her ability to keep a job. She had to take a leave of absence from her job because this company cannot seem to get their act together. Today....The pickup is over an hour late....I would not recommend this company.
Keissling Transit does not seem to respond to her issues.
DDS does not seem to respond to her issues.
She complains. The administrators of her son's day program complain.
Keiisling Transit just can't get their act together....they need to hire someone that can handle the job.
