Yes I was at Royal Purple Raceway Park on April 26th 2013 for NHRA Drag races.After the races were over Texas dps officers & Harris county officers were directing traffic 1 direction out of the park.Everyone was forced to go down Tollroad 99 & were issued a sitation.I called TexasTollways & they told me hundreds of people were calling about the same problem I have. I recieved a sitation of $100 Fine & $5.00 Admidistation fee total of $6.00.The way unfair & A rip off Help.I recieved the sitation yesterday August 7th 2013 in the mail Kelvin Nederland Texas

I just talked to a lady at Royal Purple Raceway Park.They are taking care of the sitations issued by Texas Tollway.She can email anyone a letter & you can mail with your sitation or she will take information & take care of it for u.(suggestion Take care of it yourself)Royal Purple Raceway has not & will not contact you.They should put it on the news,Radio Make some kind of media announcement to let people know???
