Ken &.Cassie alleged husband and wife are running ads on craigslist and other sites advertising low hotel rooms/resorts in various parts of Florida and South Carolina mainly.South Beach Miami. I contacted Ken after reading.an.advertisement about a discounted resort on South Beach Miami. I stated to Ken I had a budget of 800.00 and.was told by him he.could find me something upscale in my price range. He then requested that I pay a deposit that would be deducted towards my.balance via paypal in which I did. Ken stated to me it would be a few days for him to get my package together and he would send my confirmation. As days went.on Ken and.his wife begin to lie about why I.hadnt received my confirmation pratically blaming some type of hotel transition. Finally I received a confirmation from Ken that didnt have my name on the reservation. I contacted ken and he stated he would fix it. I gave him a few days and contacted the hotel still no reservation. The day of my departure Ken stated to me I had to pay 1400.00 for my room which was totally out my budget. After going back and fourth with Ken he ended up finding me.a hotel.which was completely out my budget but at this point I had no other choice but to book.there. My stay was for 5 days but my reservation was made for only 3 days so I spent the majority of my vacation stressing where and how we were going to pay for two nights and still participate in.planned events.Ken & Cassie stated they would send us on.a timeshare tour.to get some extra cash ..well we called them everyday on our vacation and Cassie gave us the run around about the presentation. They ruined our vacation lied and took our money saying our deposit went towards our room only for the hotels to say thats not true that the money I paid Ken and Cassie did not go towards my room or any type of affiliation with the hotel. If you have been scammed by these.scumbags contact law enforcement and the site you saw the advertisement on. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST these folks Ken and Cassie are liars. He stated he would refund me my money but he never did. From talking to other victims of these two they seem to change there last name up and will eventually sYwitch up phone numbers. The phone number being used is 305-504-9736. Any questions please contact me!
