Ken Presti, estate sales ny NY NJ Auction Services Contracted to sell my sister's estate furnishings after their clean out. We paid $1,800.00 for cleanout and have received invoices telling me that they owe the estate $1,564.64. They have been promising the check was in the mail since August. No sign of payment yet. I can't settle the estate only because of Ken. New York

On April 26, 2017, I paid Ken Presti $1,800.00 to clean out my deceased sister's apartment. The team was very pleasent, proficient, and impressive.  Ken told me it would take about three Saturday auctions to sell the lot and I would likely gain back the $1,800.00 I paid out.

By August, he stated the lot was sold and a check for $1,429.00 would be on it's way as he wrote checks on the 1st and 15th of the month. August came and went. September came and went. October came and went.

A new secretary was hired and she sent me invoices for all the auctions. My sister had a very large record collection and I could see no transactions denoteing their sale and value. Kat got back to me to say they had forgotten about them and they were in another warehouse. They were sold and my new number would be $1,564.64.

In the last communication with Ken, he again said, 'I signed the check," and it will come out as Certified Mail. Just went for the mail....no check. Kat never answers her phone and Ken won't pay. Stay away! His business will take advantage of greiving families. Textbook!
