Despite suspicion of homicide, missing persons, forged and fraudulent legal documents real estate theft following his associate BLATANTLY lying to residents about the cause behind exposure to toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage, Kerry Trost (senior risk analyst for the City of Fresno), committed perjury to discredit everything I reported - including the city's official sewer layout, which verifies the felony alterations carried out! He lied about the countless photographs taken prior to theft and reconstruction of private property. Despite the medical crises that followed repeated exposure to toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage for my other neighbor and me i.e., ongoing illness, asthma, infections, amputation, death of my neighbor, he continued to call me a "liar" about the atrocities that took place.

One block to the west, several years earlier, this same scenario took place - the property owner was murdered as this was carried out. Same neighbors who claim that nothing took place as sewer/water lines were being altered as well as major construction (they have rotated and carried the same thing on other parcels on the block), same corrupt attorney used for preparation of fraudulent legal documents (who closed his office and bailed when this began to be uncovered.) The murder remains unsolved as a result of Mr. Trost's efforts to keep the truth behind all of this COVERED UP!

One of the people involved in this barbaric operation is a nearby resort owner, whose trail of VERIFIED forgeries and "missing" person/s are connected to what took place on my family's properties as well as next door, where the owner was never seen again (after being lied to and set up by the city risk analyst.) Despite being an extreme danger to the public, the resort owner is free to continue his "secret sideline" as a result of Mr. Trost's cover-up.

Insurance agent / estate planner who is the ringleader behind this is a former employee of the City of Fresno. Altering and forging documents, citing, "You can't live for the dead." Trail of horrors follow this man as he overrides the planning dept., acting in a supervisory capacity to the heavy-equipment operators. Referring to city employees as "easy" and "puppets" - need I say more? Mr. Trost insists that I am a "liar" about the felony alterations taking place BEHIND HIS BACK, on city and private properties. THE CITY'S OWN RECORDS VERIFY EXACTLY WHAT IS TAKING PLACE!

Mr. Trost has absolutely no concern for the lives, businesses and homes being destroyed. Nor the safety and welfare of the entire city, which this is affecting. The Restraining Order he had issued against me prohibits me from reporting this to anyone at City Hall other than him, a man who does not stand behind official city records. Photographs and witnesses are insignificant to Mr. Trost - everyone is a "liar" except for him - a man who commits perjury to cover up felony crimes and unsolved murder/s. Death threats followed if I continue to report this.

Mr. Trost made sure I was left pinned into a corner, with no way out of this but death, then laughed when I told him what he had done to me. After 14 yrs spent as a caregiver, I have spent the next 10 yrs living isolated, in fear for my life, as a result of what this heinous monster and his associates did to my family, our properties, belongings and me. THERE IS A TRAIL OF THIS! Burglaries, ID theft, "missing" persons, illegal conversion of assets. Suspected homicide, cover-up of unsolved murder/s. What gives this man such power to decide the fate of others?

I can name 45+/- deaths/disappearances/poisonings linked to this operation, which would lead to countless others. Unfortunately, Mr. Trost went out of his way to make sure that does not happen - his only concern is in keeping all of this covered up. He made sure I will not survive this operation, which is why I continue my efforts to expose it. I will not depart this world taking Mr. Trost's secrets with me. At this point it seems to me that secrets like these can still be told from the graves of those who were not allowed to "rest in peace."

Beneath the surface is 45+/- yrs of massive destruction, covered up by shoddy reconstruction. Felony altering of a city's water system is no easy task - especially without being caught in action. What better way to pull something like this off, than under the noses of trusting and unsuspecting residents. Not only is this why Fresno has no older records, this is why there is no support for the current ones - the altering has not been completed. The final phase appears to be now, during the citywide "infrastructure upgrade" when all of this is being tied in. No authorization, permits or inspections, the operation continues totally undetected. This explains the clamped sewer and water lines throughout town - some have even been switched with corroded lines, which will crack/break, resulting in mold lawsuits, insurance claims or condemning of property - no questions asked.

No one sees or questions anything. The reason for that would likely be discovered if pharmaceutical testing of the sewage was carried out by a reputable company. In the meantime, other than a so-called "drive by" investigation which is absurd, the effort continues being put into discrediting my reports. The biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA continues being carried out for what is coming .....

For documentation purposes: Quite some time ago I told Mr. Trost that his lies and cover-up would likely result in my death. He laughed. I repeatedly informed him that the lives of my family members were in great danger - he refused to even acknowledge me.

Unauthorized entrance to private property accompanies the felony altering of sewer and water lines throughout Fresno, CA. Not only for purposes of re-wiring and burglary (switching of belongings with inferior/broken look-alikes), this group is pulling up carpet and tearing out flooring in order to further alter sewer/water lines, covering it back up without the owner's knowledge or consent. In some cases, it may take several occasions to finish 1 structure.

If you look at the trail behind Wilbert G. Swieso and his entourage you find a pattern of illness, infections and death, which allows him to carry out his "secret sideline" under the guise of helping his clients with "home repairs" which has been his method for decades.
Further research shows a trail of ID theft, forged documents, people who have mysteriously vanished, illegal conversion of assets, more.

Then we have the issue of the City of Fresno's risk analyst who not only lies to property owners regarding the cause behind sewage back spills, but even after being provided with evidence of medical crises, including death, REFUSES to have the soil tested.

Clearly, this operation is contributing to the spread of deadly bacteria and pathogens from MRSA throughout Fresno, CA - and it is being covered up.

With sewer and water lines left clamped together across town, more sewage is being allowed to contaminate our air, soil and skin as various members among this group loosen these clamps in order to create fraudulent mold lawsuits, insurance claims and force people into foreclosure.

But it was the recent tearing up of my flooring and replacing of carpet with trash, which led me to suspect something else that is behind the escalation in staph / MRSA infections throughout town. I remember these people talking about wearing gloves to protect themselves from deadly illnesses and diseases. Since that made no sense to me at the time, I assumed it was to throw me off track, as I suspected the real reason for gloves would be to avoid leaving finger prints. But I also remember Mr. Swieso's associate talking of foot amputation 1 yr prior to my neighbor's foot amputation and my excruciating bouts of cellulitis on my feet. He had a LIST of people who had their foot/feet amputated.

An official investigation would show the high number of staph infections behind this group, which leads me to believe that belongings and possibly even the carpeting are being switched with items/materials contaminated with MRSA. What better way to vacate property, as this group does in order to have new deeds reflecting illegally altered property lines. More fraudulent and forged deeds. (It appears that illegals are being brought in, with deeds put into their names, entailing fraudulent financing information as well.)

The Dept. of Public Works has gone to great effort in order to keep this operation covered up - going as far as to commit perjury to discredit the city's official records, which verify exactly what is taking place regarding the sewer.water lines as well as altering of structures without permits or inspections. They lie about the countless picture taking by the risk analyst prior to massive burglary. In short, the criminal acts that accompany this operation have escalated into what appears to be nothing less than a free-for-all burglary, "suspected" homicide and real estate theft operation. It continues as a result of the lies and perjury from the Dept. of Public Works.

Put nothing past a city that files restraining orders against innocent victims who report felony crimes. Residents of Fresno, CA are being annihilated.

Rather than warnings or opportunity to protect ourselves, our family members or belongings, there is more and more evidence showing that deliberate and intentional exposure of infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage is being used by the Dept. of Public Works as a means of eliminating residents and/or vacating property in order to seize control and illegally alter the sewer and water lines.

Not only are the health-related issues an ongoing concern, the destruction and reconstruction taking place without permits or inspections are creating more problems. The real estate fraud and real estate theft is another issue - with deeds entailing illegally altered property lines, fraudulent financing information, more forged deeds (verified by expert handwriting analyst.) The fact that the Dept. of Public Works would have the audacity to have a Restraining Order issued against me for reporting these felony violations, which entailed the loss of our properties, speaks for itself. They even committed perjury to discredit their own records, which verify exactly what is taking place. I saw them carry out the same thing to my neighbor, who was never seen again.

As a former employee of the risk analyst's associate, Wilbert G. Swieso, former appraiser for the City of Fresno, I have evidence that gives cause for great concern regarding foul play i.e., trail of burglaries, ID theft, missing persons, forged deeds (verified by handwriting expert), forged insurance papers, illegal conversion of assets, and more in order to carry out this operation. Mr. Swieso is an estate planner who preys on his clients with offers of "help with home repairs" which inevitably result in sewage back spills (and forgeries.) In my case, chemicals were used to annihilate, as he stepped in using fraudulent legal documents in order to seize control of property and assets.

Also included on my site is information gathered from other sources such as EPA, which states that Fresno's Dept. of Public Works has repeatedly been caught providing the public with false information regarding dangerous chemicals in our drinking water. The illegal cross-connecting re-routing, switching of pipes with rotted, corroded pipes haphazardly clamped together leaves little doubt that this is behind our poor water quality. With the group of unauthorized, unlicensed people involved in the discharging of toxic, infectious disease-carrying sewage as lines are cut, followed by pesticides for eradication of sewer rats and sewer roaches, this may also explain the human waste and pesticides now found in our drinking water.

I have a list of addresses that no longer exist, yet there are no vacant parcels. This explains why the city sewer layouts no longer line up to the plat/parcel maps as well as the massive building and health code violations. Fresno is now setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines. Utility poles illegally relocated in order to line back up, yet no record of that either. Our sewer, water and power infrastructure are no longer in compliance with State and Federal guidelines as we were assured of during the recent utility rate increase. The lives of every resident in Fresno are in jeopardy. Mayor Alan Autry refuses to acknowledge any of this. Kerry Trost, senior risk analyst committed perjury to discredit the City's official records. District Attorney's office refuses to respond. City councilmembers refuse to respond. Residents are being annihilated.

MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS BEHIND CITY OF FRESNO'S SEWER/WATER LINE COVER UP!

Reports of cross-connected sewer/water lines, including property that is serving food to the public are being disregarded by the City of Fresno's senior risk analyst. This is a situation he is desperately trying to cover up, as it is linked to the sewer/water line operation that was uncovered.

He went as far as to commit perjury in order to call ME a "LIAR" about THE CITY'S sewer layout which VERIFIES the illegal and unauthorized alterations to PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND CITY property.

With chemicals being administered to me as this continued on my family's properties, plans were being made for me to follow in the footsteps of other unsuspecting residents, evidenced by the trail of ID theft, forgeries of people who "vanished" with their assets converted by fraud.

Told that I was just about to meet them, "IN ANOTHER WORLD", the fraudulent legal documents for our properties had been prepared. Using a fraudulent attorney, fraudulent accountant, and never-ending lies, the ringleader (former appraiser for City) had taken full control of my life. The difference is that I survived. Only to find myself faced with the next nightmare - the City of Fresno's risk analysts.

The sewage back flows were NOT the "result of negligence in sewer maintenance" - they were 100% planned and deliberate. The countless photographs taken were for what ensued - theft and unauthorized major construction to these properties. Photographs then vanished.

The sewage back flows were also the beginning of serious health crises, which appeared to be the result of toxic, contaminated soil. In addition to my excrutiating foot infections, illnesses and need for an inhaler to breathe, my neighbor's foot infection required amputation; he died at age 50.

Pleas for the soil to be tested were being disregarded until finally being informed, "not their job." (I have since learned of other amputations and subsequent death that follow this group.)

The risk analyst's R.O. prohibits me from reporting any of this to the appropriate person and/or department within the City of Fresno. With my phones tapped and computer hacked (verified) I have not gotten far in getting this iinformation into the appropriate hands.

Behind all the lies and chaos, the fact remains that our sewer and power infrastructure have been compromised for reasons that need to be looked into. We may be headed for a disaster of major proportions. An on-site inspection is needed, which would result in uncovering the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA.

With my phones tapped and computer hacked (verified), I am limited in my options. I am now posting this information online, asking for help in by-passing this henious monster, in order to get this information to an agency that will step in and investigate. Disaster help, water control, health department, environmental, FBI, news media, or please, any agency. Please.
