It is interesting that Kevin Lorimer has resorted to discredit this Ripoff Report posting with personal attacks with no factual basis.  The author of this post will gladly share the letter of severance as proof that, like tens of thousands of other employees, was the victim of cost-cutting by Spint, a financially struggling public company.  Secondly, feel free to look the poster up in any state in any court record.  There are no records or charges of drug use against the named individual or any other family member for that matter.  Continued false personal attacks, Kevin Lorimer, will result in charges against you for libel and slander.  Cease and desist in posting such attacks.
The intent of this post is to attempt to prevent yet others falling as prey to an unscrupulous man who has a lenthy track record of FACTUAL court records and litigatory history that provides evidence of his lack of concern in using other peoples money for his own PERSONAL benefit without intention of honoring the contractual obligations that he enter into.  His signature on a piece of paper has been proven to be utterly worthless, over many years involving many other businesses and other victims.  This poster is merely fortified in herresolve to more broadly share facts from PUBLIC RECORDS to assist others in coming to their own informed decisions when entering into any sort of agreements with Kevin Kirk Lorimer. 
Also note, the link to the supposed Cease and Desist order is a court document from 2007, well before this author ever became familiar with Kevin Kirk Lorimer.  It has nothing to do with this post or this author.  Secondly, one of the rebuttals, Mercedes, interestingly enough, is the name used by Kevin Lorimer on his websites as a fake profile.  Lastly, Kevins mention of drug use is a personal admittal perhaps, of Kevin Lorimer himself, given that he was arrested for such crimes in the recent past.  See the following case number in the State of Arizona CR2011-160019-001. 
So, lets continue with additional factsincluded in this rebuttal is a scan of the pubilc records available from the State of Colorado.  The Colorado records system requires a fee for information, thus it is provided here as confirmation of FACTS in this post.  See also the final court decision on State of Arizona Superior court case #CV2011-097064 in which defendant Kevin Kirk Lorimer failed to appear and court ruled in favor of the Plantiff.  Furthermore, Mr. Lorimer does not reside in the United Kingdom.  Last stated residence (per his email communication) is Los Angeles, however, Mr. Kevin Lorimer has falsified his name and location numerous times in the past, as he is attempting to hide from his debtors.  Last known confirmed residence was Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ.
Lasty, I gladly welcome the challenge in court to prove the FACTS associated with this post.  Perhaps then, when all victims are alerted to an upcoming court presence ofKevin Kirk Lorimer, that other victims will stand attend as well, to confront this con, and plead to the court to order a sentence that includes time for Kevin Kirk Lorimer in a correctional facility as consequence for his actions.

This is a fake report created by an ex girlfriend in an attempt to harm me for not wanting a future with her. Her name is Christine Pilnicki.. She was recently fired from Sprint for drug use.  Her Son is in rehab for use.  She is simply in a bad place and striking out at everyone she can.  I do hope she find the help she needs.
