I bought the book Natural Cures "they" don't want you to know about that is still advertised on several informercials on television. I read the book and after each ailment was listed instead of a cure it referred me to the website www.naturalcures.com.

Upon going to the site I discovered that they required payment for one month or a years subscription in order to read what the supposed cure for the ailments were. There was absolutely no further information available unless you paid again.

The book itself is very large and loaded with weight loss information that is common knowledge but nothing of what he promises on the infomercial at all. Also he sent useless newsletters that I must unsign up for or I will be billed for them yet it does not let me know how to sign off on them.

This worthless book was $30.00. Trudeau claims all of the proceeds from the book go to educatting people about health care and exposing corporate and government corruption. He should expose himself because this book scam is criminal.

I agree - the book helped me.

From 1988 to 2004 I was diagnosed with everything from chronic sinus infections, PUD, gallbladder disease, GERD, IBS, melanoma, migraines, to just name a few.

Had every invasive test, procedure and was referred to many expensive "specialists" that did nothing for me other than write MANY expensive prescriptions.

In 2005, I bought the book off TV and began to read and do as many of the suggestions I could.

The first was organic foods.  Immediately I felt better.  No more heartburn!  Raw dairy.  Infrared saunas.  Rebounder.  No more TAP water.  Filtered my air.  Etc.

Thank you Mr. Trudeau for your book actually helped me get my health back where traditional medicine and MANY doctors FAILED.  I just wish I had all that money back from THEM!  grrrrr

I have only just now discovered this website. I wish I had known about it a few years ago , having been ripped off by Kevin Trudeau as well. How is this man allowed to continue to advertise and make money by selling 'nothing'? I called the customer service to complain about the 'newsletters' which were nothing more than pleas to further trudeau's greed. I paid $75 for them and never received anymore after the first one arrived. They agreed to refund my money - nothing happened. I called two additional times and had the same experience - I even said they could ship me the missing newletters instead but they said they'd refund my money. Nothing. After that I could never find them again. The infomercial sites should check RIPOFFREPORT before allowing him to advertise, but then again, I suppose he pays them so the greed continues!   Babs, VA

To "nobody in particular"

You're obviously pro-Natural Cure by Mr. Kevin Trudeau or, perhaps, a relative of his.

After reading your rebuttals, I think you probably believe you're more intellectual than everyone else walking the planet, and, if there's life in some far off galaxy, there as well.

You sound very "full of yourself" and as if you can never be wrong.

I ventured into this site quite accidentally, Prepared to place my order for 3 books for the price of 69.90 plus a subscription. Luckily, i was able to have my eyes opened by reading the reports so that I could make a well-imformed decision, instead of be a gullible idiot.

I understand and respect the point of views of the individual reports. You just sound like a know-it-all. No offense intended, just laying it out as I see it. I think I kinda sound like you!

Anyway, my opinion hasn't been swayed either way yet. Hope there's no hard feelings, you might be a very nice person otherwise.

Rebuttle to Nobody in particular

AUTHOR: Heavenly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 19, 2009

Hi.  I used to be a teleservices rep for west teleservices.  They answer phones for  nearly everything, INCLUDING natural cures.  Though, by far, that is my least favorite product.  See, I have my own natural cures story.  My husband baught the book because his mother was in stage four stomach cancer.  He read the book, cover to cover, trying to find something to help her.  After all, Kevin found a miracle cure for cancer, and if anyone needed a miracle, it was her.  Well, she died nearly a year and a half later.  My husband still blames himself for leading her to natural cures.  It's CRAP!  Collect your little paycheck from that piece of garbage.  Then, when you die, answer to God for it.  Kevin is going to hell in a wicker basket for taking advantage of desprate, sometimes even dying people.  Half the time, the book isn't even delivered.

I know what you're saying.  If he's so evil, then I'm going to hell for taking the calls, too, right?  Let me tell you a little story.  A little old lady from california called in after seeing the show.  She wanted to talk to Kevin.  Kevin was going to save her.  She had brain cancer.  She had beaten it down from stage four to stage two with the chemo.  Then, miraculously, she saw Kevin's book.  It was going to save her life.  She was going to give up her treatments.  I told her, ma'am, I can't tell you what to spend your money on, but I will tell you this.  Do not quit your treatments until you talk over your plan with your doctor.  But, Kevin said I don't need a doctor.  Ma'am, Kevin's not a doctor.  I'm not even sure he's a human being.  I can't tell you how to spend your money, but if you do wait for the book to come, and don't continue your treatments in the meantime, it could easily kill you.  I managed to convince her to buy the book, but hold off on stopping her badly needed treatments.  I was fired IMMEDIATLY.  After two years there, I made alot of friends.  One of them called me about three months later.  She got a call from a woman who mentioned me by name.  She wanted to let me know that she did continue her treatments, and it was in remmission finally.  She wanted to thank me for saving her life.  SHe couldn't find anything in Kevin's book either.  So, I lost a job I enjoyed because I refused to commit murder for Kevin.  And her grandchildren get a few more years with their grandmother.  All with no thanks to Kevin.

Nobody, please, stop drinking the Kool-Aid.

Your comments to:Rebuttals to All The Comments was most constructive and helpful. In particular the reference to Romans 2, which I also try to live by. The problem I see is that most people will not take the time to read more than the first few comments they read in their research , whether negative or positive, to make their decisions. Your opinions of each enabled me to summarize the neg/pos comments to make a more informed decision.

After considering your rebuttals, I agree with you that we are not to base our opinions on hearsay but only on factual truth as quick judgement on everyday hearsay is a sign of the times and leading the country into chaos. Truth is always found in the Word of God.

One Rebuttal at a time,

1. Michelle,

Information has value. People who collect that information and put it into a collection for the benefit of others are entitled to receive compensation. Our free economy is based on this principle as the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence states the we have the right to the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Mr. Trudeau has been attempting in his own way to follow this Preamble for the benefit of others. Should he receive compensation for his efforts? Of course as he will also endure the horror that comes from standing against tyranny. I do not exalt Mr. Trudeau himself but rather greatly appreciate his efforts. It takes a lot of love for others and also requires little love for oneself to place oneself in harms way for the benefit of others.

2. Barbara,

I agree. Truth is never tainted by scandal or by association with a criminal. The problem is not the truth. The problem is the person looking at the truth. That person has the power within him or herself to taint the truth or reject the truth based upon that person's own emotional biases. Truth never changes with who looks at it because truth is constant. The only thing that changes are the emotional biases of the people judging the truth.

3 Elaine,

I admire your honesty and your willingness to at least try to learn from Mr. Trudeau. I myself choose to refrain from judging a book by its author. Many very true and beneficial writings were written by people of little or no education at all. Many of these even have the power to safe life.

4. Russ

The FDA does not seem to know the word cure was banned otherwise they would not apply that word to prescription medications as you would have found out upon reading all the chapters in Natural Cures. Besides an unenforced ban or a conditionally enforced ban does not serve justice to anyone.

If I am not mistaken, slander only has one defense in a court of law. TRUTH. If people are seeing results after following the opinions Mr. Trudeau admits to expressing then they are being cured regardless of whether or not the word cure has been banned by anyone. Know one can change that truth no matter how many slanderous remarks are made about the author.

Finally, Russ, Mr Trudeau never made any claims that the information provided was originated by him. In fact, just the opposite is true. Mr. Trudeau openly states multiple times in Natural Cures that the information he provides is a collection of findings from other sources. He even states that he is merely reporting what he has found. Not once does he expect anyone to take HIS word on any of the matters presented.

5. Carole

Since you appear to have no shame in verbal attack, you may benefit from reading the proverb found in the Bible in the book of Romans at Chapter 2 verse 1. Or, you may not benefit. The choice is yours as is the responsibility.

6. Chris

Kevin Trudeau admits to the label criminal in his book Natural Cures. Guess what! It is not the healthy that need a doctor. The only ones who seek help are the ones who admit to having a problem. I would trust a confessed repentant criminal to help before I would even consider trusting a man who judges others based upon the specks in their eyes especially when the judge has not removed the log out of his own eyes.

7. Carl

You have expressed wisdom, compassion and restraint. Thank you. Your words were refreshing.

8. Pamela

Your own eyewitness account of success proves that there is some truth in Mr. Trudeau's reports. Thank you.

9. Ron

Yep!

10. Shawn G.

I agree! There isn't one single person on the face of the planet that has not lied at one point in time. That makes us all liars. If anyone wants 100% truth, let them get their facts direct from God who is true 100% of the time. As for us humans, even liars can tell the truth sometimes.

11. Mad Hatter

I cannot speak for Mr. Trudeau's business agenda but I can say this. Some people like to be a part of a club with other people who share similar interests. Doing so gives the advantage of up to date information and personal help from time to time. Is there anything wrong with the worker getting paid for his labors even if the work was delegated to someone else down the line? Membership may also make people feel useful from time to time. Besides, information has value and clubs are one way of getting that value.

12. Myself

I've ordered both books Natural Cures and More Natural Cures Revealed. I could not put them down even though I did get frustrated with the redundancy. I received them yesterday and spent most the day and night reading them. I'm not finished with either yet. Mr.

Trudeau did not lie about the claims he made on his infomercial. He did not promise thousands of cures but rather cures for thousands of ailments. These are two completely different promises. He is not trying to rip people off as I paid only for shipping and got both the books for free. As for the claims that Mr. Trudeau is trying to steal from his customers by adding false charges to credit cards. There have been no false charges on my card. Even if there had been it does not mean Mr. Trudeau is personally responsible as fraud could have occurred without his knowledge especial if he outsourced the order taking.

I've enjoyed the books so far. There is some very useful information though I'm not quite sure how to implement it yet in my life. There are also some very sad but true stories in them but at least the stories may cause people to exercise wisdom before trusting authorities just because they are authorities. A good name is more valuable than gold but it is not obtained by a job title.

trudeau lies

AUTHOR: Shawn G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 10, 2008

I also brought this book on natural cures. It was very legenthy and long winded before it got to the point. I hate these products making promises and not delivering so I did like I do with all solicitors I did the research myself and my findings were this: read closely and follow what they did. I investigated his claims
and on the 5 out of the 5 things I tried, kevin was right!! YES kevin was RIGHT.

I can"t believe you people are so blind. Please wake up and do the research yourself forget about KEVIN TRUDEAU don't be stupid ask questions DUMMY. A family member of mine was taking a certain heart medicine perscribed to them and got scared cause they felt bad after taking it so they stopped and did research and
went to the health food store and used natural stuff now they are fine and its years later but guess what that medicine is off the market now and the company is ridden with law suits. long story short KEVIN is right I didn"t beleve him blindly I took his info investgated it myself and found out he was on the money. Please use him as a guide cause not all doctors are wrong some have helped me and they even agree with Kevin especially with the sodas, deodorant some tooth pastes tap water soaps detergents. Years ago my mom found a small piece of glass in the baby powder which some companies use or smooth out the powder so it spreads easily.

I went to south america on vacation and ate like a pig for 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds and was well rested. I got back here and ate less cause of work but some of the same foods and I gained it back and was tired their junk food ingredients

bar-ba-Q chips etc are different than ours on additives. POINT- kEVIN TRUDEAU
is right in my book. (no pun intended)

Read It Again!

AUTHOR: Ron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 07, 2007

Apparently people who have read the book did not do so with an open mind but probably did so with the sole purpose of criticizing the author. Personally I was critical at first but gave the book a chance and was pleased with the results. Yes, you can become a member of his club but no one is twisting your arm to do so and you don't have to be a member of his club to get the information because it's already in the book. My health has improved 100% since reading his book seven months ago because I followed the advice in his book, but hey if you antagonists want to suffer with your health problems keep criticizing this book and everything else in your life just don't try to convince others of your obvious incorrect ideas. In fact I wouldn't doubt if those who write rip-off reports work for a government agency or big pharmacy and are just trying to disciminate slanderous inflammatory comments to stifle his words from getting out! So on that note I shall leave you to read some more of Kevin's book and become healthier. Don't say he didn't tell you so when you become sick or diseased and wished you would have followed his advice!

Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures

AUTHOR: Pamela - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 13, 2007

My husband and I also read the book Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About. After all I have gone through with traditional medicine, we have found the information in his book to be very helpful. We have changed our lifestyle 80-90 percent and stuck with it and have noticed differences in our health, especially mine. The body is in a better state and is healing itself. There are no "quick cures."

Make the change is the first step and stick with the program. If you can't do that, then as indicated from someone else, go get a prescription.

I don't think it's a ripoff.

Missing the Point

AUTHOR: Carl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 27, 2006

I have read some of the comments regarding the disatisfaction some have experienced with Natural Cures and would like to address them. First, I know anybody finds it annoying to have to sign up and cancel subscriptions, etc. Now, with that said I would like to say that those people that ordered Natural Cures and did not find an immediate... "the Cure" for whatever the problem is, seems to have missed the point of the book and would be better off just going to a doctor and getting a prescription.

The whole thrust of the book is to heal your own body so that your body does the curing. The book is not addressing a quick fix, but rather a lifestyle change and commitment for longterm remedies so the body can do what it is already able to do. Kevin also states in his book that if you are in the last stages of something it may be too late anyway.

I enjoyed the book. The test for any will be whether they are willing to do something about it. We have all heard it is good to eat right and exercise, how many really do it? Kevin just gives us more food for thought, who will actually eat it? Even he admits that he does not do all that is in the book all of the time.

These comments are given to the best of my understanding at this time.

Regards,

Carl

Kevin Trudeau is a known criminal

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 21, 2006

This guy has been to jail for misleading the public, fined, and punished by trade commissions for years. Funny thing I know about him: I used to know this girl out in Maryland in 1999/2000 who actually had flings with this guy. He would fly in, give gifts, and pretty much got sexual gratification. He sounded like a super slimeball. She never really trusted him back then either. He's a dangerous crook who got caught stealing lots of credit card #'s and defrauding millions of dollars. Do not ever let his organization get your card #. Never buy his book, because the scam involved multiple charges on your card even if you say you don't want anything.

Kevin Trudeau Is A Rip Off Artist

AUTHOR: Carole - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 15, 2006

I'm ashamed to say I did order this book out of curiosity because I am fighting Cancer, but it never came. Turns out it was a true blessing in disguise. But I did read my friends book and I can't believe what I read. How does this guy get away with it? It was so full of the same comments made over and over and over, it got quite boring and pathetic. Just rehashing the same words, trying to convince people to believe in his words, when all his words are nothing but a bunch of bull. Just like a fraud or a liar does to con people in getting their money. Where were these so called 'cures' he wrote and spoke so highly of? No where in his book,as he promised. And on his website? No better. Just like a chain letter, step by step, trying to get more and more money out of people is all he is doing.A little more money to take people a step further, and so on and so on. No different than any other crook or thief who is too lazy to get a real job and make an honest living. This guy is a true blue rip off artist.

The False Advertising On The Book Cover Screams Of Rip-off In Itself.

AUTHOR: Russ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 11, 2006

The word "CURE" was banned back in the early 1900's pertaining to medicines ,medical treatments, etc.

Medicines could no longer be legally touted as a "CURE",nor could they be advertised or labeled as such on thier containers, bottles, etc.I'm sure everyone knows that.

Too much deception, unwarranted false product claims, scams, the product actually dangerous to many, etc, and NOT a CURE.

With possibly few exceptions ,hardly any medical treatment today can be considered a true "CURE ALL"

A certain antibiotic may be very effective for many.It may help alot in the treatment of symptoms, but is not considered a " CURE ",and is not advertised as such.

The people touting a medicine or treatment as a "CURE" before the 1900's ban were called snake oil salesmen.

I see Kevin Trudeau is now touting that banned word.

If you wish to fork over 20-30 bucks to him and abide by his non medical background words of wisdom, that is totally up to you.

My simple opinion if something is ailing you, go see a doctor. Not a snake oil man.

Kevin trudeau"s Natural cures Book was a Disappointment

AUTHOR: Elaine - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 11, 2006

I bought the book and returned it as I felt I learned very little. Kevin could have written all of the information he put in that book into a book that would be less than 1/4th the size. Reading it was a waste. I never even bothered going to the website. I felt that If Mr. Trudeau could not write a better book (for all the publicity he sparked) he had nothing more that I was interested in seeing.

Please re-read the book

AUTHOR: Barbara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 07, 2006

Michelle,

Please, you do need to re-read his book. I just recently (2 months ago actually) bought his book from a local bookstore and clearly read the suggested cures.

Chapter 6 listed numerous things to do to help prevent and eliminate all kinds of illness.

Chapter 13 - the list of specific cures for specific illness starts on page 346 of the hardback edition. It goes on for 10 pages.

Granted, the only thing different about Kevin's book is the fact that all the information you can find free via your local libraries and online he put together in one book.

I did research on Kevin. I know his is a criminal and has served time in jail. However, his book is good on its own merit.

I did join his website, paying $9.95. I didn't find anything different than what was in his book. The site says more sections are coming soon (this was 2 months ago). *shrugs* I quickly canceled that membership and thus far no additional charges have been made to my checking account (debit card).

Evidentally, his company sold the names of all those who bought his book (infomercial, online, etc) to another "company" - Neo-Tech Illuminari. There is another forum where a LOT of people have noticed the connection between just recently ordering Kevin's book and then receiving mail from the other company. This other company is also a scam and can be found within this forum.

While I do not support Kevin Trudeau himself, his Natural Cures book has merit. It's unfortunate that such good and correct information has to be tainted by such a criminal!
