keywebjobs newsatunow Scammed me into purchasing eBay's Power Seller University Internet

I normally do not fall for email scams, but they finally got me.  I received an email and it was from a friend, but he said he did not send the email.  Within the email it had a link:  "http://www.newsatunow.net/jobs/?finance=89551"

I clicked the link thinking it was trustworthy and thought this site was a local TV news station article.  Within this webpage I clicked a link named:  "The Online Income System"  it took me here:  " http://keywebjobs.com/lander/blueoffer/?aff_sub=h*o&source=advplat "  I should have researched this site, but thinking it was from a trusted friend I enrolled and paid $99.00 USD and at this point I started researching this site and found out I was tricked into purchasing this product represented as "eBay's Power Seller University".  At the bottom of the page it has a disclaimer that I was purchasing eBay's Power Seller University.  I went back to the previous site:  "http://www.newsatunow.net/jobs/?finance=89551" and I clicked on one of the navigation buttons at the top of the page and it took me to:  "http://keywebjobs.com/lander/blueoffer/?aff_sub=h*o&source=advplat"  This is when I realized that this was a scam to get me to purchase eBay's Power Seller University.  The above practice of marketing is fraudulent and deceiving.  

I hope that eBay does not use this practice of marketing.  I don't know if eBay can take any actions to let consumers be aware of this fraudulent site ?
