I clicked on what I thought was an article listed on Yahoo and I read with interest about a number of celebrities vouching for woonderful lface creams that would make you look young. I was attracted because a woman my age Joy Behar was supposed to be resigneing her position on the View to become a full time entrepeneuer of her miracle skin cream. Many other famous women said how wonderful it was. I fell for it and ordered the "free" trials of the face cream and the eye cream.
Too late I realized that I saw nothing about a contact number or anything about conditions of automatic replenishment. As of now I have been charged 4 times at 93.97 all within less than a month (February) I only received the two original samples and nothing else but these whopping charges. I have disputed the charges with my bank but plan to cancel my debit card tomorrow to avoid further theft from my account.
Additionally the sample box that I had to pay nearly 10.00 (4.95+4.98) for shipping charges which came in one box have no contact information included in the flyers. No email address, no terms of automatic replenishment, no number to call to cancell, no clearly identifiable comany naem. I am very upset that I was so gullible.

Simply put any website in the us is required to have terms an conditions.in the "fine print" that you mentioned it CLEARLY states in size 12 font that you have 14 days from the day you placed your order to try the products you ordered and if you are not satisfied you must call customer service to cancel but if you are enjoying the products do nothing and you will be billed at those rates each month till you call in to cxl. YES i am one of the reps you mentioned and i do read those terms to the point that i almost have them memorized. It isnt a scam if you failed to read those terms they are there for a reason. If you wish to discuss it further i am a floor supervisor my name is mario my agent number is 233 call me and ill be happy to discuss it with you monday through friday 8 to 4 est.
