kia south austin lies and held for 4 hours austin Texas

kia sold me a2013 ford fusion saturday for $16000 i payed $6000 down . car shutdown in less then 24 hours.monday said would send recker waited all day i calling them kia said it was on way. tuesday went over 8:45 am kia sent recker 9:30  i went to kia there sales rep said they would give me a year newer car for $17000 and the $6000 car  would tranfer to that car. 2014 was listed for $17788. they would cancle the 2013 and chang it to the 2014. the sale rep would not let me leave i kelp telling him i wanted to go home i live 3 blocks from kia he said i would have to wait he kelp me there for 4 hours .i had not slep for 3 days i was a basket case time to do contract did not if i was comming or going. they sent me home with a contract that i was finaancing $15000. got thing from bank for 2013 and they said both cars i have accounts on and that is when i found out they charged me $19000 for 2014 and i had lossed my down payment of $6000. that made me paying $25000 for 2014 ford. went to comfrount manger his coment was you bought the car and that was that. the sale rep dose not work there anymore was gone 4 days later kia must have known what was happening. kia is resposable for there reps and what they say!   have filed reports with bank,BBB,comsumers proction ,DMV if i have to will get an attorney. kia chould take car back and refund my $6000 down payment
