Kids R Kids North Eldridge Kids R Kids Not offering quality daycare they claim, not enough teachers to watch kids Houston, Texas

We have enrolled our 3 year old son in this daycare since he was 3 months old.  There has been a large turnover of teachers at the daycare in the last year.  Recently the most experienced and caring teachers have left the organization.  The Director, co-director, and owner all cover for each other with telling incomplete and mixed facts. There are only  teachers on the whole staff that seem to be trained to handle the childerm in their care.  The motto of kids r kids is hug first and then teach.  My son's experience this year has been very stressful for us.  We have given the teacher the benefit of the doubt and begin to observe son of the things that have taken place to trigger negative behavior.  At our home we teach to respect and talk to each other when feelings are hurt.  Recently my son had started rasberring his afternoon teacher and kicking.  We ask the question what transpired, leading to the event, because we want to help him relate his feelings to not kicking and rasberring.  Well we found that he is feeling that he is being treated unfairly.  The reason we come to this conclusion is becuase these incidents are centered around simple principles of enforcing teaching kids to share.  My son doesn't take toys from others, he shares, but if someone takes a toy from him he gets upset.  Instead of the teachers taking the time to help the kids involved in disputes to work through the issue and have resolve, the teacher take the toy from the kids and put it away.  My son then have an unresolved situation and gets angry and frustrated then acts out by rasberrying the teacher.  We have set a meeting with the Director and owner to discuss our concerns about part of the philosophy of the school is to teach the children to share.  Taking toys from the kids do not teach sharing, but that if there is a dispute, just deal with it.  This breaks my heart because we have to undo this mess when he get home.  He also had a big injury near his eye and the teachers told me they did not know what happened.  At that time he was being disciplined by the teachers for hitting another student.  After talking to him we found that the kid he hit shut the gate and hit is eye, then started laughing.  He then hit the boy.  I had witness this kid doing similar things to others in the class with no intervention by the teachers.  I am really sad at this because the people are nice there, the owners are nice, but something has transpired to were the quality of care has suffered and there is not the concern about the root cause.  I hate to move him but it is to the point that they are hiring people that do not care enough to handle the kids properly and nurture them.  My son doesn't have this problem in church daycare setting on Sunday, nor with other particular teachers when he is in their class.  I spoke to one of the more carign teachers there and she said that this is out of character for my son and she noticed that the kids aren't being managed well in his new class.
