kikker will not send my MSO and has said that the bike was not paid for by the dealer and now is tying to sue me for a bike I paid for from one of his lic. dealers. He also used foul langage called me a few names and hung up on me. kelly also said before hanging up on me that when I signed the warrenty card I lost all my rights to the bike.

I'm not a bad person and have defended the kikker name to a lot of customers he screwed. I showed the bike proud and now I'm am not even wanting to look at the bike with out getting mad.

Kikker has nothing but bad reviews...

I sincerely feel sorry for the dealers of Kikker 5150. They're more than likely honest, hard-working people who get caught up in the lies and poor customer service of this "company."

If you do a simple Google search for Kikker 5150, you'll find numerous complaints about the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KIKKER. Even though the product seems cool, the quality is Chinese grade slop. You'll kill yourself in the long run. Many people have experienced parts falling off the bike during use. Some people have even experienced broken frames!
