Killer Motorsports Poor products from China, unreliable service Texas Texas

I contacted this company to arrange a purchase of an ATV for my grandchild for Christmas 2014 and it was delivered in a crate at the end of November. There were no instructions on assembly.

I called the company to request assembly instructions an they told me that every ATV they sel is different and the assembly instructions should have come from the factory in China where it was assembled. There was no response after waiting 2 weeks and multiple attempts to contact the manufacturer.

It took me multiple youtube videos and a lot of patience to get this thing assembled.

When I finally got it together it would not start and I had a mechanic friend over to look at it and we ordered a new starter switch. That did not solve the problem. I took it to a atv repair shop with a great reputation and they had it for 2 months trying to figure out the problems. There were multiple and most due to poor construction and misalignment of parts. The tires did not hold air and all required tubes. Also the safety switch was malaligned so it would not start. The battery did not hold a charge and needed to be replaced.

They spent over 8 hours making repairs and replacing faulty parts and the repair bill was just shy of the $780 that I paid for the unit. My attempts to contact the company were answered but never through on the promise of a resolution.

I should have researched the company and the product before I placed the initial order.

I picked it up at the beginning of March and he rode it on the 25th three months after the intended date
