I had both knees replaced. When I woke up I had cold packs on each knee. Kinex rep came in and said that my ins co would not pay for a spliter to combine one ice cooler to two ice packs, but they would pay 100% of the cost if I got two ice coolers. The ins did not pay and the are billing me for $400.00. I have complained several times. They dropped it to $250. but I don't feel like I should have to pay because they lied to me. They said I signed a paper, so I probably did, but I was still under the effects of the anesthetic and pain meds. Plus they TOLD ME it would be paid.
