We have contentended from essentailly day one that this unscroupulous husband and wife team and owners ( Randy & Gayle Tashman) and the salseman that day of King of All cars LLC, has failed to diclose the oil pan leak during our brief inspection of then car which happen to be on a Sunday, where THEY agreed to open the small dealership that day, so we couldn't get or take the car to an UNBIASED mechanic to thouroughly check the car for this defect let alone ANY other major defect(s). So, right there we had to take the salesman and owners whom we contacted a few days later on their word that the car was OK Mechanically.

The Salesman Chris, claimed the car was JUST low on oil from "sitting around" and just needed a little oil and the OIL LEVEL light indicator would go off, which remianed  on during our rushed inspection of this vehicle, which "allegedly" only had 85K miles and I have to admit along with our 17 year old son whom we purchased the car for, was cosmetically very clean in and out and was the PRIMARY reason we went to see it and would purchase it on a Sunday, since they oddly would opened up the business just for us on that day.

At any rate, we had to wait until the following week to get the car checked out by our OWN mechanic. We brought it initially just for the OIL ChANGE and to get scanned for the error codes for any other issues they may have NOT brought to our attention. After that "1st OIL" change which was a few days after the purchase,  the certfied mechanic we took it to immdiately informed us we had a pretty bad oil leak that would ONLY get WORSE. I then contacted the OWNERS above and told them about the problem.

Of course, they denied it over and over and basically said they used the car periodically but never once saw any oil on there driveway! Of course NOT.. as BMW's have covers underneath  that MUST be removed to reveal the leak. Otherwise, it would just collect in the large pan underneath, as was the case. The OWNERS only agreed to "allow" us to take it to their own mechanic even though we thought that was UNFAIR and a conflict of interest, we went along with it. The irony is, their own mechanic admitted and showed where he believed the leak was coming from.

The Oil Pan Gasket and to fix that on a 325 BMW would be an ALL DAY at least a 7 hour job because of many components that had to be removed to get to the pan and change the $5 gasket.  I told him to tell the owners (his business associates) what he told me was wrong and what the repair would cost for LABOR and parts. I NEVER HEARD back from the owner and when I did  ( I have the e-mails) he now says his mechanic told him the car had a small leak and that was it.

In any case, he and his rude wife, refused to PAY for the ONE repair he failed to disclose to us. That is ALL we were asking and rightfully so, since had he been HONEST and told us about the leak "period" I would have NEVER bought the car for almost $9000 or wpould have asked for a reduction in the PRICE to offset ONLY the OIL REPAIR! ISince I contacted almost every State and Federal Agency with our issue//complaint against Randy tashamn and King of All Cars, LLC , he became very resentful and now told me he would do NOTHING for me since me nor my wife who was and still is battling cancer as we speak BECAUSE we filed several complaints. The problem is since all this time went by awaiting on responses fronm the agencies that I thought were suppose to HELP people with a legitamate complaint like we had. They did VERY little to help us and the owners twisted the truth and convoluted the REAL issue here.

Now, they would make us "the buyers" look like the bad guys. They went as far as to go to their  local police dept in Howell NJ and outright lied and had the audacity to tell the police that we were harssing them and threatening them when in actuality it was totally the other way around. Besides the DECEPTION and OIL LEAK ISSUE, as if that weren't enough, I have close to 35 e-mails that clearly will show that "owner" Randy Tashman and his Wife Gayle Tashaman are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND USE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES that SHOULD definately put them OUT of the business of selling of cars to the public and honest consumers like ourselves.

Furthermore and out of spite he kept the license plates after his salesman promised to FED X them to us because we lived quite far away and moreover because I was disabled and my wife was going through her mastectomy at that time. SO, on top of ALL the stress he has put on my wife and family I had to send my 17 yr. old son Joey down there to personally pick-up the plates despite what we were told when we handed over $8600. $4000 in cash and the $4600+ in a check.

Since his paperwork that Allegedly "he thinks" protects hima and prevents me from filing a lawsuit in small claims court "after" we PAY for the expensive repair, he is in for a surprise just like I told the Howell twp. Police Officer that this Randy Tashman/Owner actually had CALL ME about harrassing him when the truth is this whole thing totally and ONLY INVOLVES  CONSUMER FRAUD just as the 2 attorneys I just consulted with told me, I can get him on if I choose to get reimbursed at this point. Well, now that my son has told me the car is now smoking and reeking of oil because it is obviously dripping on the manifold or hot exhaust/component, I am taking the car in for 2-3 estimates and evaluation since I did NOT trust his OWN smalltown mechanic who he initially reffered me to.

I might ADD , we were ALSO denied the CAR FAX , why? The car is pending the inspection by 2 -3 NJ certified and REPUTABLE BMW mechanics for the extaent of the damage done, if any, from the OIL LEAK and to determine WHY there is so much sludge that can be seen from the valve cover?? Obviously the car was taken care of Mechanically. End of Story. Then after I get the BILL OR RECIPET "if we decide and it's worth fixing" I will file a small Claims Civil Suit  in Momouth County Superior Court even if it inconveniences me to appear in court down that way. I already spoke to the court clerk and  I can file just by printing out the Forms on-line at their web-site after the car is repaired OR can be repaired, which is when I will contact the a lawyer again. I have 2 years to file a civil suit for Consumer Fraud.

RANDY TASHMAN OWNER OF KING OF ALL CARS, IS A RIPP-OFF PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

AUTHOR: Actor - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 20, 2013

To anyone in the NJ that just so happens to "by accident" make a pit-stop into this shady character's small itty bitty car lot. He will LIE and his WIFE will lie to you even more. The truth is he has attempted numerous times to reationalize about his unethical practice of selling cars and NOT disclosing serous defects about his cars. The BMW we bought , was looked at by numerous EXPERT and CERTIFIED  mechanics since this horrible purchase expereince in February of this year. The car was found to have NUMEROUS OIL LEAKS for one thing and will confirm this for my lawyer when and if I decide it's even worth suing him for ONLY a portion of the expenses we incurred from then many problems they found.

Thankfully, his OWN mechanic was WRONG and it was NOT the OIL PAN gasket but the Valve cover gasket and the oil head-gasket "hose", in addition, to some other issues which we KNEW that would result in buying this car USED or ANY car for that matter. The car has since been repaired and ALL Error Codes and problems have been corrected after a $1484.00 bill. Again, some of the work & repirs , as much as I hate to say, were expected BUT as I wikl always contend NOT the OIL LEAK which was a MAJOR Leak I was later told, which was why my son, the driver of the car, always was smelling OIL and at times, seeing smoke eminating from the grill . This was the result of the 2 OIL LEAKS that MR TASHMAN AND HIS WIFE GAYE TASHMAN, WERE INSISTENT ABOUT AND CLAIM THE CAR DID NOT HAVE! Thankfully, the car is MECHANICALLY in good shape and running condition now after a hefty bill. We are also thankful that THE WARRANTY oddly enough after some headbashing with them as well, did COVER MOST of the repairs. Also, thanks to our mechanics finding the REAL CAUSES of the numerous mechanical problems this vehicle had. Two NJ attorneys did BOTH state to me that regardless of the worthless and vague and convoluted contracts I signed in too much of a hurry, DON'T protect him from "CONSUMER FRAUD". So, technically if I want, I can still recoup the out of pocket cost of $484, exactly but since the rest was paid BY the WARRANTY CO. Cars Protection Plus, and at least the majoirty of the repairs was covered. I feel somewhat vindicated, even though RANDY TASHMAN and King OF ALL CARS, a STUPID SUBSTANDARD SMALL USED CAR LOT in SOUTH JERSEY should be audited and shut down and they should lock him and his wife up and throw the key away for trying to RIP people off. That is ALL I have to say.. Have a NICE DAY, RANDI OH.. and don't forget, I have 1 1/2 years left to to file a small claims suit!!

You know who!!

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Just another failed attemp by Mr. Eddie Sicoli

AUTHOR: King Of All Cars,LLC - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, May 01, 2013

I invite anyone who reads the post above to request to see Mr. Sicoli's paperwork he signed and the multitude of emails he had sent us. You can come in or I will fax them to you. I urge you to see it in black and white.

The night Mr. Sicoil came in the oil light came on during his test drive and oil was added because the level was low and the light went off. The car simply needed oil (they are cars and require oil occasionally, this is a fact).

The car Mr. Sicoli is referring to I drove for over approx. 4 weeks and not a drop of oil in on our white cement driveway! Not a single drop. When Mr. Sicoli called to complain that some mechanic told him there was an oil leak, so we asked him to come in repeatedly. He never did. We told him to check the oil level and keep an eye on it. In the 100+ emails he sent us and other agencies he never once mentions he had to add more oil once, nor mention that the oil light is on since we added oil at our lot (would'nt you have?). Anyway, we set him up with a mechanic up near him to save him the trip down and he should up to have the under carriage cleaned off and was asked to come back in two weeks to see if there was any indication of a leak and he never did return, even after the machic called him several times.

Mr. Sicoli then tells us that the oil leak is covered by a pan. Now I guess we have x-ray eyes too. It is my "guess" the oil, if there is any, could be over pour from a oil change or an old leak that was fixed, but I am guessing since we never saw anything or had the opportunity or the mechanic we sent him to.

We sell two things here to make a living, 1). "Used" cars and 2). Warranties. Hence the word "used". We encourage our customers to up grade their warranty with a warranty company we use that would cover more parts and labor and months for their piece of mind and for ours because that are "used" cars and we do not have a crystal ball. Whatever is not covered under the warranty is "As Is". Furthermore most used car dealers and sales people are not machanics nor profess to be.

We gave Mr. Sicoli at no additional cost, yes FREE  (a $700 retail value) to him a warranty better than the one that came with the car. He choose not to upgrade that beyond that.

Our paperwork is very simple to read. It's not like you have to be a lawyer to understand or spend your day off reading it. A fifth grader can understand it. Mr. Sicoli signed them all cheerfully.

Mr. Sicoli has threatened us with court and consumer affairs and BBB and other places and they contacted us and dropped all of his claims after hearin/readingg our side and sending them all the simple paperwork he signed. I urge you to look into that as well if you wish. As a matter of fact not one attorney he contacted wanted to take his case because we did everything by the book and this man never has even proven to us or them there was/is a leak to begin with (not that we are responsible anyway).

Mr. Sicoli should have not purchased a car if the oil light was such a concern to begin with or had something in writing.

Folks, when you buy a "used" car anywhere on planet earth the warranty covers only what is outlined in the warranty the rest is "as is". If you buy a car "as is" is as is! They are "used" cars! The 4 top reasons a "used" car is sold are: 1) Someone died, 2) Someone lost their license, 3) Someone wanted a new car, 4) he car is a problem. We all hope it is not #4 but you have a 1 in 4 chance it is. So either buy a new car or deal with the chances of buying a "used" car.

One last thing...(I'm sorry). As a matter of fact this car was consigned to us after we lost our business COMPLETELY to Hurrican Sandy. A huge extreemly repitable wholesale dealer gave us this car and others to sell as a charity cause till we slowly got back on our feet. At anytime I drove that car for those weeks if I had seen oil or it did not check out by our machanic who checked it out, he would have taken it back in a heartbeat and given us something else. This dealer would not have given us a bomb after we just had been devistated.

Kindest Regards,

King Of all Cars, LLC
