| July 23, 2014 | TERRIBLE......BEWARE!!!!! This is the worst agent I have ever come in contact with. I think he has some sort of personality disorder or may have brain damage. He is far from intelligent and so hard to follow in a conversation. He is the worst at communicating and his office staff is the most unprofessional I have seen. I did some more research on this individual and found out he couldn´t cut it as a mortgage broker and so decided to go into real estate. He ripped people off in mortgages and put them into bad loans that resulted in tons of foreclosures. BEWARE!!!!!!! Does the agent seem knowledgeable and experienced? NO!! I was dealing with Jason Trindade for almost two months.This man never returns phone calls and when he does he makes me feel like he is doing me a favor.
He brags about what he is doing with his website and how much time it is taking, but when it is said and done, I only care about what he could, or in this case, couldn't do for me.
I would suggest finding another realtor who knows what they are doing and can commit their time to their client.

I have used realtor Jason Trindade the broker from king of condos inc in las vegas, and in my opinion I would never have any dealings with him again. I found in my interactions and in doing business with Jason from king of condos that he is not to be trusted, with my properties, or real estate transactions. Using Jason from king of condos has been very unpleasant. I was certainly sold by this realtor into the professional sales pitch which did convince me to go with him, but i believe that I was conned and lied to, I should have done extensive research and saved myself money. I have found that in major cities and especially las vegas, an individual must do very deep research if he is planning on spending money for services, I didn't and now I'm writing this to save someone else the agony i went through. Stay away
Jason trindade of king of condos was very kind at the beginning, sweet talked me and the wife, after he received the listing, the problems began, Lack of responsibility, terrible work ethics and is simply out for the money. I found this person to be very unprofessional and derogatory. The best experience i have had with Jason Tindade, is the experience where we cut ties for ever. Vegas is a cut throat market, do you research and go with someone that offers true results and definitely talk to at least 3 independent references.
