Kingsway Financials Suspicious Cash Award Letter Niagra Falls Ontario

1. I just recently received a letter, dated Jan. 5, 2009, entitled "Consumer's Reward Program', "Final Notification" from this company advising me that I had been approved for a lump sum payment of $39,000 as a result of the 'Consumer's Reward Program Lottery held on Dec. 1, 2008. They even provided the winning ticket number of 975130.

2. They claimed to have tried to contact me on Dec. 18, 2008, but they don't say how. I had never heard of them until now.

3. They enclosed a cashier's check in the amt of $3,900 "to enable you pay for the applicable tax."

4. They provided the contact names of two 'agents', Angela Moore or Michael King to call @ #905-598-5049"to assist in finalizing my claim.All attempts to reach them at this number failed, due to "technical difficulties" or the like.

5. The letter is signed Berry Cash, and Typed signed "Sara Dose, Vice President.
