kinni River Springers ,Missy Dow, kinni River Springers Ripped me off - kept my deposit she promised to refund Hammond WI Wisconsin

- Using PayPal on Kinni River Springers web page, I placed a deposit on a puppy. -Missy Dow, owner of Kinniriverspringers.com, decided she didn’t want to use PayPal to receive my remaining balance on the puppy -the balance of $2106.00- instead she insisted I send money order or cashiers check or cash. - I was using PayPal credit to pay for part of the dog and for extra security Against Internet scams. -Missy Dow offered me a refund on the deposit I paid since she would no longer except PayPal for payment - I told Missy Dow to refund my PayPal account. I have time and date stamped emails and documents along with one text saying she would give me a refund. - Even though Missy Dow has my phone number, text number, email or could have messaged me through PayPal, she did not attempt to contact me and will not refund my deposit even though she said she would. -

As of today she has not responded to Paypay dispute or the Better Business Bureau. I’m so glad that I recognized the signs of fraud- it was a sign when Missy wouldn’t take my PayPal payment and insisted on cash or check- I could have lost all $2400.00 on the puppy instead I’m out the deposit. It is obvious to me now, since she will not refund my deposit, that she intended to keep all the money and I would have never received a puppy. Please be aware puppy buyers - Kinni River Springers is a scam- I have copies of emails and texts - time and date stamped as proof of everything I have stated here.
