KJAeyeserum tried charged credit card for product not received CO

KJAeyeserum provided a free product sample that specifically indicated no obligation.  Received the free sample and paid for shipping $4.95.  There was no contact information or additional information in the package.  They tried charging my credit card twice for product they did not ship.  I have no way of contacting the company as the phone number listed on my credit card statment is no longer a working number.  Thank goodness my cc company flagged it and my cc was not charged.  Now I am questioning the validity of the product I have been putting on my face.  What's really in that bottle?  Tried doing a Google search to contact the company and it doesn't exist.
