My wife and I were intoroduced to this "dapper" older Latin man while searching for someone to save our home from forelosure.  When we first visited with him, his claims seemed legitimate.  He would help save us from foreclosure while negotiating with the bank on our behalf.  Over the course of just about a year, Mr. Peralta colleted just over $2000.00 per month of which none went to our mortgage.  His various stories of being a mortgage broker, a CEO of the World Trade Center in New Jerey (which does not exist), a diamond and oil broker, you name it, were facinating and intriging to say the least.  His claims of having funding sources all ended up dead ends and at the end, we lost our home after paying him during this time, over $30k (at $2k per month) and accroding to the lender, no negotiation took place.  In with this band of thieves in a younger version of one self, Kley Peralta Junior, A younger version of his father, he too over promises and under performes.  The best part, one of his sons is a Hackensack Police Officer also named Kley Peralta (go figure, maybe the reason he gets away with this). 

Never the less do not let this family of thieves fool you.  Save you money and stay away from this family of frauds,
