These guys will be very nice on the phone and tell you a bunch of lies to get you drop off your car. They work as a team on this. Then they keep your car for many days past what they estimated and then they call with a long list of very expensive repairs and if you ask a question they get real defensive and talk down to you. They are bullies. When you tell them to just fix what you told them to they say " we decline this work and you owe us for all the diagnostic work"...even though they do no repairs. When you say ok, I am coming to pick up my car they say "oh, well its not safe to drive, we cant let you take it" they are scummy. They talk real loud when your in the office and try to emabarress you and we saw them bring one old lady to tears. I cant believe they are in business. They pay the BBB extra to get a good rating.
