Merry Christmas! I have no item to give because I bought it from the Kodak online store. I made a purchase with kodak because they had offered free next bus. day shipping.Great! My joy turned to anger as time went by and no camera and all I got was invalid "reference numbers" for DHL . I began emailing Kodak wondering what happened, with no response, so I called numerous times just to have a recording come on and say "Due to high volume of calls please try calling back" seems it did not matter when I called ,morning , noon or even odd times as early as 4 am. still the same message til one day I got an answer! It was a little hard to understand with the foreign accent but sure enough it was a real person.They informed me that my item was not in stock and yet on the website it said it was and in fact it still does say "in stock" and when it was back in stock they would ship it so if it actually does arrive when it is suppose to be in stock that means next business day shipping is actually 2 weeks shipping and you the customer have to do all the double checking and making all the calls because they won't help you.Kodak used to have better service but I think its been outsourced to the point no one cares about the customer until one day there are no more customers.
