What an experience with Kris. Wwwoooowww is all I have to say and now that Ive gotten feedback from 3 of his ex clients also now it is clear as I also know hes a arrogant, no it all scumbag. Has no idea how to price a home going up for listing. He speaks like he just came off a used car dealership car lot. Pulls up in a Cadilac he cant afford to put gas into. When speaking with Kris he has zero listening skills other then listening to himself speak. Yet the complete bullshit on thier site expresses " He seeks to understand first " Total utter lie. Likes to think in his delusional mind hes good at what he does. My neighbor a attractive lady also let me know he was staring non stop at her and she wanted to go over to him and tell him hes gross and stop making her feel uncomfortable. Hes a Weasel. Tell ya he can get well over your asking price then proceeds to fully s**t the bed on your deal. Talks like hes successful yet completely and utterly destroyed the sale of our home. Thank god we had my brother step in with a much stronger and honest agent. You use Kris you truly are a desperate idiot who must not no any good agents or believe his cars salesman pitch he throws out there. Never again will we use an idiot like this . Terrible experience and a very good reason as to why he has barely any listings up online right now. Sleezy guy, thinks hes good, what a delusional idiot and his assistant some girl? Brutal. Lazy.
