Krystal Cancun Ive Been Ripped off by the TIME SHARE SCAM Cancun, Mexico

My husband and I were ripped off. Please someone tell us how to fix it.  We took a trip to Cancun over spring break, 2014.  It was in March and we stayed at the Krystal resort.  We had been to Cancun in the past and had gone through the whole timeshare presentation (at another resort) so we went in intially with the thought that we were going to tell them "NO".  After 4 hours of constant convincing, we caved and signed up. 

The deal was too good to be true so Im still baffled as to how we let it happen.  We were promised tow free cruises, along with the incentive that we would be "renting" our units (they sold us 3 units for the price of one) and would get payments within 4 weeks of our return home that would be upwards of several thousand dollars, which we could then turn around and pay off the time share deal.  The sum owed is 10 thousand. 

We were also promised that we could go to any RCI resport and stay a week for less than 400 dollars at anytime, AND the cheapest airfare anyone could get. 

Like I said, after four long hours we finally caved.  We just wanted to enjoy the rest of our time there.  We didnt think much more about it and came home a week later.  Life got busy and we never did stop and look at the documents they sent home with us.  THey said we'd have membership documents sent to us within 2 wks of getting home.

It wasnt until today, September 7th, when My husband and I started searching the net for our next Cancun vacation that we realized we should have had timeshare documents and pamphlets that we could use and it would save us money.  So we pulled out the contract with Krystal and realized that NONE of the PROMISEd items were even there.  I know, OUR BAD.... its horrible.  And to top it off we/ve been making 187.00 / month payments to some place for the membership.  And we have no proof of membership, ANYWHERE.... Im so disgusted.

I started looking online for Krystal timeshare info and found MANY MANY sites just like this, that show this is just a scam.  Im completly sick to my stomach.  I dont know what to do now.  I would love any insight anyone can give us.

We cancelled our credit cards because they took one during our presentation to run the 3K plus deposit on.  So we're already out that money.  and we've made 5 months of payments at 187.00, so we're out that money. :(

We've decided that we are not making any more payments to them, and assume that some foney collections agency will be calling us soon.  My husband is going to try and get in touch with Krystal to tell them we wont play their games anymore and we wont b e a part of their scam. 

I dont know what else we can do at this point.  If someone has any guidance for us, I'd sure take it.
