A Nepali teenager accused of cheating , scamming and swindling a number of people in Manila , Makati and Ermita was arrested last December in Novaliches.

Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh, is facing numerous scam , fraud and theft charges in court and has a pending arrest warrant.

Local police were negotiating to bring him to NBI and BI to have him face the charges filed against him.

Senior Insp. Marcelino Borneo , chief of the Theft and Robbery Section of the Makati City Police Office, said three other victims of Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh were set to file theft charges against him.

Police said Kshitij Khadka would introduce himself to house helpers as friend or business partner of the owners of the house.

Kshitij Khadka would convince the unsuspecting helpers that he was given permission by the house owner to go inside their rooms.

Once inside, he would steal the victims belongings.

Most of his victims were not around whenever he pulls off his act.

NBI said police would try to ask the court not to allow Kshitij Khadka to post bail.

Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh had been arrested trice but was always released after posting bail.

This person also carry numerous fake PRESS ID which he use to cheat people money.

He also carry a Philippine Airline ticket which is set to depart on January 1 2010 but why this person is still here in Manila ? If he does not commit any mistake in his country , what is the reason he refuse to go back to his country and why he choose to stay here in Manila doing nothing and without a specific job.

This person as per information given by the public , do nothing but travel from one place to another asking for money and hang out in internet shop surfing the web and cheating people by sending them e mail.

Beware of this person or you will be the next victim of scam and fraud.
