He constantly looks for investors so that to cheat them asking for  money to develop FAKE “unique devices” (electrolyzers, cold nuclear fusion devices and other devices)  and build NEW FAKE factories  for “mass production”  of FAKE “ already ready-made devices”
He demonstrate already built factory in Priazovka village (N46°39′03″  E38°09′37″), greatly equipped with High-tech machine tools. Factory build with first scammed investor’s money but equipped with his current scam partner Sergey Silin’s  money. Kuznetsov will say ANYTHING, will promise anything to potential investor so that to get out money. Once he received the money  - investor  can not hope to get something back. For years Kuznetsov is lying and tells different “fairy tales”. As soon as you start asking for money back - scammer  Kuznetsov goes to the police and writes a statement about extortion and the corrupted Russian police protect him from deceived investors for a small fee.

They showed him link with Kuznetsov 's scam descriptions but he says this is LIE! He "produce" and  sell (just virtually, just take payments in advance) "super-efficient" electrolysers  which in fact did not approach the efficiency of 50%.

  All parameters (Hydrogen/Oxigen gas volume generating and electricity costs) indicated on scammer's stins.biz  website are only numbers on the site that have nothing with reality, whose purpose is ONLY to search impressionable and gullible buyers willing to pay and wait for years ... But the main goal for scammer Alexander Kuznetsov is the search for investors. During 2014 - 2015 years he already scammed several investors (almost 6.000.000  US$) and with part of received investments (big amount of received money amount he spent for luxury cars: BMW M6, X6, HUMMER H2  and "RICH like" lifestyle) he build  very spectacular factory BUT  this factory produce NOTHING! (ALL  electrolysers which mentioned on the scam  website  stins.biz like STAR-2000 etc. are
produced in a single instances originally and are simply beautiful signboard,
which was never provided by scammer Alexander Kuznetsov to some one to verify compliance with the declared parameters.

   Spectacular factory with really good equipment (DMG MORI CNC, PRIMA POWER Fiber Laser metal cutting etc.) was build JUST to show to future investors with hopes to get MORE and MORE investments for company "development" which from now will be just spent  for scammer Alexander Kuznetsov"s  "RICH LIKE" lifestyle. Alexander Kuznetsov  lie very easy and in each word, he has no boundaries in a lie.

  WHEN the investor understands that Alexander Kuznetsov (DOB: 19.03.1983) is fraudster/scammer and demands to return the invested money… fraudster/scammer  Alexander Kuznetsov threatened with death and a statement to the police about the extortion. And the most interesting is that Russian police help him!
