I went to get an oil change and the following day, in less than 24 hours i had to stop after 10 mins of driving. The car started overheating, the oil light turned on as well as the check engine light. Luckily i was close to NTB,who were able to look at car
and noticed the car had no oil. I wasnt able to drive the car back, it had to be towed to kwik kar since supposedly they had done an oil change the day bfore. THe next day, they called to tell me my water pump had  busted and the coolant was leaking. This happned in less 24 hours of them
changing the oil and according to receipt i got them, everything was checked and working fine.Their response to this was that
its a normal thing for the water pump to bust open and coolant to start leaking, even tough it was one day after thy had checked everythng. NTB told me all of this was caused tue to no oil in the car, which caused everything to overheat. Now kwik kar wants to charge me 480.00 to fix my car, when everything
was fine before i took my car for a simple oil change. This is the worst place i have ever been to to get an oil change. Never again am i coming here.
