Please be advised that you are hereby placed on notice that legal action is intended against the author of this false and defamatory post.  This post is without merit and the claims herein will be used against you in a court of law. It is my intention to seek proper remedies for fraud, misrepresentation, and defamation both personally and professionally.  Included in my motion will be damages for ancillary claims, including but not limited to, tortious interference with business relations and conspiracy to commit defamation.  I will seek to prove defamation with malicious intent which invalidates a defense of fair comment and qualified privilege.  I will be seeking both compensatory and punitive damages as you have made claims that impugn my professional character and standing. Keep in mind there is no statutory cap on damages in the state of California.

While I have a clear suspicion who wrote this I intend on using my legal rights to determine authorship so that legal action can be taken. Pursuant to statutes set forth as a result of Mobilisa, 217 Ariz. at 110-11, 170 P.3d at 719-20 consider this your official warning that your identity is being sought.  If you do not reveal yourself, I will continue with adjudication proceedings.  A subpoena will be issued to Ripoff Reports to reveal your identity and, once identified, you will be served with a summons.

In the alternative, you can attempt to "correct" the damage by deleting this false and defamatory report and in a nutshell, leaving me alone forever.  You have until Friday, September 27th to make your decision. If the report is not removed and/or you have not revealed your true identity I will continue with proper legal recourse.  You are not a client, never have been, never will be. We have never had any business dealings together. This is a desperate act by a seemingly deranged person to not accept responsibility for her own professional misgivings and numerous Ripoff Reports and allegations of fraud, thievery, and duplcitious business practices.

Please be further advised that any other false claims such as this will result in commensurate judicial action.

I will not even speak the ludicrous claims made as this is a revenge post. I have always had an impeccable reputation both personally and professionally and take great pride in my business. My work has been featured online and in national print magazines and have only 5 star reviews on my website.  I take this false report very seriously and will not stand for the allegations made.
