LA Weight Loss - Luann Allen, Kelly They were in Beckley,WV when I joined on June 25,2007 and was told I would loose my 30 lbs by the middle of October 2007 but it wasn't until May 2008 that I lost my 30 lbs and that was done on my own. I join LA Weight Loss on June 25,2007 I told them I needed one on one, face to face contacet, It was very hard for me to lose weight ,they said no prolmen, I would meet my goal of 30 lbs. by the middle of October 2007. When Octobr did get here I had only lost maybe 15 lbs.( they) I don't know there names becauseI did not have the same counclor every time.and I could not remember there names.Well kept on going doing every thing they asked to do that I could. They were always changing my plan for eating because they just could'nt figur out why I wasn't loosing weight. When I joined the club I apple for there care card in order to pay for the progam which was also $1000.00 because I had to buy there bars of (candy) and there Take Off juice. Well in December 2007 they closed there office in Beckley WV and all WV offices. After trying there phone conclors I just couldn't do it any more so I asked for my money back in eary,January 2008 and I have been trying since then e-mailing Luann Allen and last week wasyurned over to Kelly and I;m still getting the run around. I fell that since they closed the WV offices that they should refund me my full amount because they brole their promice not me on loosing my weight and closing there office but they said they would get me $184.00,the balance .but I joined for the whole year so I was also suppose to be givingen a ck. for $250.00if I finished the year out. I did my part now its there turn. Thats why I think I should get my full refund because this is June,29,2008 past the June 25, 2008 dead lind. I'm now working with Kelly and still getting the run around.
