I placed and order with Michelle Hall on 10/24/2009, she seemed very nice and this was my second time ordering from her. The first time, I ordered the product was not the color that was stated on the web and the quality of hair was very poor for the price. ( Worse then Sassy's 11.99 human hair.) Nevertheless she explained and I let that one go. She sent me a picture of Indian Remy hair that was suppose to be the finest quality and the picture made the hair look great as well. So I ordered the pony for 185.00 which should have been here no later then 11/01/2009. Upon not receiving the product I called her and emailed her, no response. Finally she calls me back and states the hair she received was unacceptable and she was going to send it back and if she can't get a better one she would spend her own money and provide me with the same hair Janet Jackson uses ( which I can care less). So I said ok. Well she promised I would have the hair by 11/10 which I know is only one day, but I am angry because she also promised to call me 11/09/2009 to assure me the product was being sent out. I never received a call nor did she respond to my emails. Poor follow up for a business. Then I find more reports similar to mine on here. I later received and email this morning stating she had become ill and her staff did not know what to do with my order(WTF). How the hell do you have staff and they can't send orders out as you the OWNER promised. So I called her home number and in the middle of leaving a message someone picks up the phone and hangs up. At this point I Just want my money back. I also could not find her business registered with the State of California. I wonder if this is someone working from home illegally. She claims she has a staff, but no one ever answers the phone

The lady on Judge Joe Brown is a bleached blond named Nancy Kingery. My guess is she is NKK (barrington Illinois) who filed reports here

But I refuse to quit.  I do not know who this customer is but if they had contacted me I would have advised them that the only hair that can be dyed is Remy hair.  The regular human hair is already processed and cannot be dyed.  We use only 100% human and and Remy hair.  Nothing less.

Our hair came wrong color as well. Not even close. We took it to have it dyed, it would not take color, per the shop it wasnt real hair.

The hair posted in this email is not the hair that was sent by Laceflair.  We do not have any hair that looks like this.  This is a fraud posting!!!

We have hundreds of very happy customers and hope that this one fraudulent posting will not hurt our growing business.

We have a very unique product that we are very proud of.  We use great quality hair and would never send out any product that we are not happy with.  This is why some orders take longer then others because we hold out for the best hair.

I finally recieve the hair

I finally received the hair on 11/14/2009 and it is nothing like the hair I was promised. I got some nappy ethnic hair that looks nothing like my hair texture and Michelle say she forgot what I wanted and sent the wrong hair. I have emailed and talked to this women many times regarding what hair I wanted. All I want is my money back and for her to stop lying to her customers. Below are emails she sent me

The hair that you will be receiving is the same hair that Janet Jackson and Naomi Campbell use and pay over $300 for.  Because of my volume I am able to purchase the hair at a great price and I pass the savings to my customers.  $185.00 is a very low price for the hair you will be receiving.  You can press or flat iron this hair straight and when you wash it, it goes back to it's original state.  You will be happy with this hair.
