While I have the same questions of Heather, I don't believe that all psychics are scam artists..yes, there are quite a few on that site, but there are a few (VERY few) that I found to be pretty good. In fact, one honestly told me up front "psychics are only 70% accurate at best and you need to sift thru the information and keep it in perspective". I appreciated his honesty and found it refreshing. Others, of course, tried to tell me that they were totally accurate.. yea.. right, and I obviously put them in my "do not call" list.

As I mentioned previously, I do not call often at all, maybe every 3-6 months and I budget for it like I would for dinner and a movie. I don't go overboard and I don't rely on predictions entirely. I just keep an open mind, take notes and make my own choices but with the few I still call, they DO give me some overall insight about myself sometimes.

As far as general scam artists go, I have a friend who was taken for $50K by a lawyer who did absolutely nothing to resolve her issue other than nickel and dime her for emails, phone calls and God knows what else. Have to say, tho, he really covered his butt! Bottom line, he didn't even arrange mediation.. nada. So I think there are scam artists everywhere. Maybe I should tell my friend to convince the lawyer to join a circus!

Bottom line with ANYthing, you really need to use some good old common sense.
No one forces us to call or use the services of anyone. It's just a matter of finding the one who provides what you need or are looking for.

If I was to list all the areas of feeling cheated or ripped off I could start with the federal government, healthcare, gas prices, credit card companies interest rates, Best Buy's return policy (restocking charges), etc. I could go on and on, but bottom line, I pay for it. Some I have a choice to pay, others I don't.

Tell me Heather, since you claim that this Lady Susanne helped you for over 4 years, how exactly did she help you, if she was there solely for ENTERTAINMENT reasons? Did she amuse you like a clown and make you laugh? Is that why you, who claims to be her "client", spoke to her?

I don't think so! I believe that every person who calls a psychic wants some answers or some clarity in their lives which is what the Keen crooks claim they can provide. You know better than anyone, that people don't call psychics to be "amused" and "entertained" at times of uncertainty. You can argue otherwise but, the more you state "for entertainment purposes only," the more it makes all psychics on that website look like ridiculous clowns. And to me, that just confirms everything that I always thought of you, Keen Psychics. The circus refused to hire you because they already have plenty of clowns, but you had to feed yourself somehow and you decided to go down this "career" path instead. Clown, Psychic on Keen, almost the same thing. You truly found your calling, darling!

For those of you who call Keen and other psychics, please don't take ANYTHING they say seriously. That way you won't feel ripped off. As you can clearly see they are all nothing more than awful entertainers. In fact "entertainers" is much too pretty of a word to use to describe these lowlifes. You'll get far better guidance from a stranger on the street.

I think both 'positive' comments about LadySusanne are people who KNOW her or perhaps even her alias. If she is a favorite "advisor" then that's fine, but I tend to agree with Heather and my friend also heard 'kid noise' in the background as well and was told that she does/did have younger children at home still. So I guess it depends on who calls her and when. I have heard more negative about her than positive but we are all entitled to our opinion. I used to call psychics in the past and rarely call at this point and sort out my own issues, for the most part.

Obviously there are two people who ADORE her, much to my amazement, but it IS their opinion. This woman has dissed a few people that I occasionally call which surprised me. There are a few of us callers that contact eachother and share information here and there about good readings we've gotten as well as sharing comments in general. I do not call unethical readers even if it IS only a few times a year, let alone the other disturbing information I have heard about her.

Okay, first of all I have read these comments with regard to LadySusanne and I do not know what Lisa's problem is. If you did not like your reading with LadySusanne then like the other person mentioned why did you stay on the phone? I feel this is a harassment toward this advisor.

LadySusanne has been my TOP advisor on Keen for the past 6 years. I have NEVER in all the time that she has advised me, ever heard any of these accusations you are throwing out. As the woman Heather stated, LadySusanne's children are grown. I should know by talking to this advisor all these years.

Lady Susanne writes her clients to let us know her availability and what is happening to be able to reach her easily. She cares about her callers and that is why she informs us of said information. My God, just go on the blogs on Keen and you can tell when an Advisor is giving birth! Nowhere has Lady Susanne ever done this even in private emails to her callers. Lady Susanne handles all correspondence with respect, dignity and caring for her callers.

Lisa, it is quite apparent you have issues way beyond the Keen scope. For you to write such things (that I know are UNTRUE) is just showing you are filled with fabrication of lies. And this claim that you are making that LadySusanne says "Oh sorry hang on" when you TRIED to hang up is shall I say BS. I know that if I had called an advisor, which I have in the past and have not connected, that I simply state so and the call is ended. I have never encountered anyone saying hang on. And if they did I would be hanging up laughing. You are really reaching out on a thin wire here.

I will attest to LadySusannes character, credibility, and ethics. She is ONE of the BEST ADVISORS that is on Keen.com. So take your little temper tantrum somewhere else.

As far as her feedback is concerned, she has fantastic feedback that shows her callers not only trust her for her guidance, but CARE about her too. That in itself is rare. This shows LadySusanne's heart. You mentioned one feedback stated "sorry not feeling well and another even when you have so much going on in your family you STILL find time for your clients" WEll Lisa, what does that really say!!? It says LadySusanne is far beyond the norm you find on Keen. She steps out of her way to be there for others that are hurting. Maybe just maybe you did not hear what you wanted to. So go stay with the one that tells you what you want to hear.

And now that I just went back to re-read what else you wrote you mentioned "your boy is back in business." How do you take this and transform it into that she has small children? Her "boy" could relate to numerous things. Heck it could have meant her business on Keen.

And in closing, as far as LadySusanne being mean to you? Are you sure you called the right person??? Cause this is no way possible from this advisor. I have called her over the years in tears, anger, frustrations, and took out alot out on this woman due to my own emotions and she has always calmed me down. Never, and I repeat never has this woman been mean. She is the kindest soul around. And she will have many jewels in heaven. You my friend better start feeling the heat. (hint)

Oh and if you try to bash her on Keen, all her callers will back her up and all will report this site to Keen Customer Support. You will not be taken seriously.

i am writing this first to heather that wrote. you sound like ladysusannne's sister. how would you know all this info? you know weather or not how she takes her calls? appointment or alert? when i talked to ladysusanne she was on alerts. and i am tellin gyou I WOKE HER UP! if she just said that i did wake her up then fine. but to try and scrammble her way out of it was wrong and to tell me why she was out of it was becuzz of HER KIDS! HERSELF!

i just went to her first page on her keen list. her feedback says it. sayss sorry susanne you are not feeling well. then one left comment stating "your boy" is back in business. then another says "even with so much going on in your life and your family you still find time for yur clients" comeon. i know what seh told me. its all over her feedback.

this adviser only has a a few people calling. another adviser on keen who i adore, ya there are few that are good, told me that is a advisers regular clients. that is why she is on alerts. point is doenst matter what she is on she should not conduct her business like i stateed. the person heather that wrote like i said sounds like a family member or freind. no body is going to stick up for someone like that. and why i spent 30.76 is because first she is over 3dollars a minute and i did try to hang up and she said oh sorry sorry hang on. i didnt know what was going on. call me stupid. ya you are right joe i should have bough a tarotdeck. or maybe ladysusanne should!

i will stick with the adviser i call on there. i wanted to point out my expereince with ladysusanne. and i find it werid that a "caller" found ladysussannes report so fast on here. you were sifting heather? doesnt make sense. i have a right to my thoughts and to tell my expereinces of a person if i want too.

I was sifting through some Keen reports when I came across this one just posted yesterday. I have been a client of Lady Susanne's for over 4 years now. She has never been rude or mean in any sense of the word.

Susanne has been a stellar advisor and has been through so much with me. She has never ever led me astray. The Truth sometimes hurts, but she offers it with the most caring heart. She has always been honest and had nothing but intergrity in all her readings with me. The comment's above are false, and I will tell you why.

1. She has no children running around her home. Her children are grown and has never had anything but silence when she takes my calls.

2. She will send an email to her clients to inform them of her availability and inform us the reason she is unavailable, hense the reason her clients know someone in her family may have something going on. She has never discussed any family with me, when I have spoken with her, she has been so bubbly and happy when I speak with her, I often comment on how she lifts my spirits when we talk. She will never take longer than need be, she is always advising me not to spend too much money.

3. Susanne very rarely sits and waits for calls to come to her, she either takes her calls by appointment or on alerts, which is another reason, she has the same callers calling her and she advises of this in her emails to us. She is never taking calls through the night where someone would "wake her up". This is not the advisor that is being spoken about according to this "Lisa" person above. I find her accusations hard to believe considering I have been calling this advisor for 4 years and she has always been the same. She never misleads me, she listens to me and when I ask my questions, they are answered with truth and clarity. I see lists and lists of keen advisors being attacked for their readings going back over 2 years, yet she has been on keen for years and only now, she is being attacked by you?

4. If you were so unhappy with your reading why in the world would you spend so much money and not just end the call? Calling an Advisor is for entertainment purposes only, you know that when you sign on to Keen. If you spent more than 25.00 then I would say you wanted to continue, if she was mean to you, why would you sit and take it? Come on, you are making youself look stupid.

To try to damage Susanne's creditability, is really a harsh and hateful thing to do and I for one find that it's only yourself that is looking like an unstable individual. From your description of what took place it seems to me, you spent alot of money and not hearing what you need, you move on to your next victim.

My experience's with her have been the best, by far of the many on Keen and all her feedback speaks for itself. Her accuracy blows me away. I will be contacting her and letting her know that this has been done to her, but if I know her well enough, she will continue the wonderful work she does and continue to help those that are accepting of it. Advisor's are not miracle workers, they are there to have someone to talk to. She is one of my top advisors and will continue to be.
