.......Tim Fix is a lowsy mechanic who has a shop that is failing due mostly to his poor attitude. these people yell at me from their vehicle when I see them in traffic (small town). Tim has lied profusely in his response, and he has "performed" so many high-cost,second rate repairs that the word is out. While under my employ, he broke parts, and carried on installing them. I had so many warranty (angry) comebacks that I had to cover for this guy. John Haralson fired him, 3 days before I quit.

It is so frustrating James that you cannot find something better to do with your time.  You must be off of your PTSD medication again or recently fired, again.  

If anyone is taking the time to read your nonsense, these are the FACTS.  James was the manager at Haralson Tire for a short period off time.  He was strenuously disliked by the employees and the customers.  Most of the automotivve customers left and never came back.  I left my job (on my own accord) to get away from him as did other employees.  I opened my own automtive business.  Nearly every customer that Jim ran off (being rude to and unprofessional)has now found me.  James was fired for theft shortly after I quit.  Months later, he had the nerve to show up at my shop and ask me for a job.  I declined politely.  A few months later, he came to me with ALL OF HIS OWN PARTS and asked me to install the clutch in his corvette. 

I hesitated and put him off for a few weeks but he was persistent.  After the he picked up his car he sent repeated text messages saying how happy he was, killer job, perfect.  The next day I got his check returned.  Written on a closed account.  He said there was some confusion with his bank and he'd bring cash.   That never happened.  A few days went by and he went off the deep end as he frequenly does and he started texting a string of threats and acting crazy stating he was going to damage my business.  THIS WAS LAST DECEMBER!   I had heard where he was working then so my wife went to his place of employment trying to collect on the check since he wasn't replying to messages.  He went straight to the courthouse after that and filed a anti harassement order on both her and myself so we could no longer contact him about his bill. 

We then turned the check over to the bad check program.  The county attorney informed me before they coud proceed, I needed to sent a certified "dishonored check" notice.  THAT was violating the anti harassment order.  We requested a hearing with James and the judge.  The judge immediately dismissed the order against us and granted one against James for a full year!  James was prosecuted on the bad check and currently has a warrant out for his arrest in AZ.  James as no credibility any where.   I am confident sooner or later the police will find him and I will proceed with a slander case.  All of these court documents, pages of texts etc are available to view at my shop.
