Wow i remember how nice i was to you how i accomdated you when you needed paper work for your insurance company never once did you complain about the work or the time it took. We didnt drive your truck negelently and caused the problems you had but we did repair it and got you back on the road. Which is what we are here for.

Punctuation and capitalization are your friends. If companies realize that you have at least some level of intelligence, they won't try to take advantage of you so much.
