John (real name is Faisal) performs all work on vehicles, and will be your best friend until you have an issue with something. Then you see the real "customer service". He will lie to you and keep your old working parts and sell them on craigslist! If you don't beleieve me check out all his negaive reviews on google and yelp.
UPDATE: add personal threats to the list of extras you will get with this wonderful car repair experience. It seems the owner doesn’t take kindly to BBB complaints. Shortly after filing, I received a picture text of my new house (4 states away) with the caption “nice house”.
The owner of LSA, Faisal Khokhar (alias - John) has quite the accumulation of negative reviews on yelp, mostly tucked nicely away in the “not recommended” section. 25 reasons to avoid this place like the plague.
