My name is Luke Rausch. I worked for Langer Security Services at the Coachella 2012 event from April 12th to April 16, 2012. It will soon be three months since I worked for Langer Security and I have yet to receive my paycheck for my work. The management team for Langer Security has evaded my calls, have been uninformative when I have gotten ahold of an employee, and have recently given me misleading information on how to get ahold of other employees.

It had even gotten so bad to a point that I called one of the Langer Security Services management employees once every hour and could not get ahold of any employee. Along with this message, I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau, and the California Board of Employment about my issues with Langer Security Services. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Similiar situation with Langer Security

AUTHOR: NoJusticeNoPeace - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2012

I would like to know if Luke Rausch can give me a call at 424-250-5131, because I experienced a similiar situation with this company approximately a week befor the 2011 Oscars in Hollywood. Langer Security wanted me to pretend that I was working up under another companies name, and I was told that I wasn't suppose to mention Langer Security to the Head people over the Hollywood Oscars. I along with another young lady returned our uniforms back to the company who gave us the uniforms in Hollywood, because we found them to be very strange, unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest and was not willing to do any thing illegal to jeopardize our "Guard Cards". They had us meet in Hollywood without pay and some astranged associate showed up and said that his partner who interviewed the young lady and I would be late, because he had to catch the bus to Hollywood. We did not get compensated for that day and were very confused about the actions. This story is much longer and I do have a witness who was with me for the initial interview and the so called orientation in Hollywood. These people were calling and harrassing us about the uniforms that we had already returned to Hollywood threatening to take us to court, when they should be the ones in court. Could someone please look into this company. I have sense applied to several different security companies, and one company asked me did I work for one of their "SISTER" Companies before and I responded no because I had not. I was not allowed to continue a most recent application with "SECURITAS", possibly because of this.
