Lani kai lani kai resort hotel was not what was portrayed ft myers beach, Florida

ok we looked at several hotels. Lani Kai seemed to be beautifull. went to there website and several bidding sites like price watch.Then we called the Lani Kai to get more info. everything seemed to be just right. we were looking for a romantic getaway. 

 the problems started 5 days before we even got there. the staff at the Lani Kai never somehow got our check in info.after 5 times they still could not get it right. So on the 22 of Feb we arive there. our room was supposed to be a Suite with a kitchenet and a seperat bedroom overlooking the beach. for $95 a night. When we arived we got charged $140 a night. no record of usd at all. and rude staff.we asked for a manager right then... no manager availible....so we get to our room.... What a dump. i even took pictures of the room. we had no bathroom door. no suite no nothing. this looked like a seedy hotel from the ghettos of detroit. I called the front desk and asked them to speak with a manager again. no one would call us back. The whole staff wads rude and not up to par for a prison. This resort, is more like a crack house. on our last day we finallyu got a manager, his reply was what do you expect, spring break is next week, and we are in the buisness to make money. and gave us a coupon for a free breakfast at there resturant... which i do not see how it passed the health code.it took them 1 hour 45 min to bring us coffee and pancakes at 8 30 in the am. with only 5 other customers. we would like a refund......
