Customer service is NOT a high priority with this company.  They ship incorrect items and instruct you to return it to them and that your shipping cost wil be refunded.  This is a lie!  Emails and phone call all resulted in being told the shipping fees will be reimbursed.  When you follow=up for status they keep stating the claim is being processed--eventually telling you the cost is NOT refundable.  YOU will pay for THEIR errors. Comparitable prices can be found for the same merchandise at other web sites.  Best to use someone else unless you dont mind paying for their bad business practices and total lack of customer service. They talk a good talk but come up extremely short in their services. Buyer beware!!
