 In the middle of June our Church needed chairs for our new opening. After searching the Internet we came across exclusivechair.com and spoke to Larry Hoffman who promised we would have chairs within 2 weeks. He insisted that we wire funds to him which we did.(first alert that we missed) After time got closer for us to get the chairs delivered we attempted to contact Larry and after several attempts he finally answered and told us there was an issue with shipment and the arrival date changed. Days passed and no update was granted to us. We called Larry again and asked to cancel the order and refund us . Now that was7 days after back and forth with him. He finally got around sending a check 2nd day air via FedEx. What do you know, thathe check BOUNCED! After several attempts again to get this man he finally answered, apologized and immediately offered to send Mother certified check which we declined. We proceeded to give him account number for him to wire back funds to us. Last night he said he was on his way to bank and that he will email me confirmation. I called today a million times and no answer. So after 6 weeks we are out of chairs and out of over 2k. Larry Hoffman is a deceiver and a scammer but his tone and persona fools you into thinking he is a business man. Beware too as this company has over 10 numbers all in which Larry answers. We have proceeded reporting this to the attorney general, and his local police. To think he rob a church what else and who else will he rob and deceive next. I was so nice a pleasant with him during this hard and frustrating time. We are all the way In new York and the time difference makes it hard to continue calling this man. LARRY PLEASE DO THE RIGHT AND HONEST THING AND GRANT US BACK OUR REFUND!
