This morning my credit card company sent me an e-mail indicating that LashSerum Plus had attempted to charge my account at 3 a.m. for $149.95. The charge was blocked and it will not be paid. Several weeks ago I responded to a TRIAL offer for the product via their website (LashSerum Plus.net) The same offer appears on their other website (Lash Serum.org). It was a "just pay for shipping and handling offer".

NOTHING on either site refers to a subsequent later charge of $149.95. NOTHING! I spent an hour on line this morning attempting to find this group's phone number and finally located it. I called and told them that the charge has been blocked. It will not be paid. This is the most blatant, shameless instance of consumer fraud I have ever encountered and I write this recap for the benefit of anyone else out there who may be considering responding to LashSerum Plus' "free" trial offer!
