Laura L. Upshaw and Corey D. Upshaw unlawfully retained my rental property in Perris, California for 3.5 months, refused to pay me rent (starting in August 2017 and ending in November 2017), refused to water my plants, changed the front door lock, refused to let me enter my property, damaged and trashed my property, piled up trash on my property by not paying utilities, grew marijuana plant on my property illegally and finally got evicted by the Murrieta Court on November 7, 2017. They stole my refrigerator worth $1200 at the end.
Please do not rent to these people. They have no sense of honor, respect, humanity, lack any family values and virtues. They are shameless people that must be kept behind bars.
