I completed a couple of online surveys for this group. I was supposed to get a $20 honorarium from PV Updates but never received it. I sent them an e-mail and got this canned response from Monica Hughes: Thank you for your email. We are currently looking into your query and we will respond to you with our findings as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for the delay. Repeated e-mails to follow this up were not answered. I completed another survey with Medefield. The offer stated on the e-mail was $85. Upon completion of the survey, not only was the amount credited different (now only $65) but they also did not send any payment. I tried contacting them by e-mail and I got the same canned response from Laura Malett: Thank you for your email. We are currently looking into your query and we will respond to you with our findings as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for the delay. Again, subsequent e-mails were ignored. Do not waste your time doing surveys for these people....they are scammers!
