Went to this company the first week of July and opened a loan modification contract with Ribarich Law Group. As of November 13, still no paperwork to the bank. Lied about time table, lied about what they could accomplish, lied about sending in docs to the bank. Never get the same person twice on the phone, if they return your phone calls. They don't return calls to the bank. Never were we sent our loan modification package "sent to the bank" would not even give us a list of what was sent and when. Please do NOT use this firm. They are a total ripoff.
