From the Desk of Bella Ward I received an more than rude phone call. During our 1 minute exchange I gather she was trying to locate an old tenent of mine. When she phoned, she demanded to speak with the owner of property, then mentioned our tenents name. I said I owned the property but it was not my residence, when I asked her who she was and where she was calling she became highly annoyed and asked "were you not just listening to your answering machine" I told her that I would be much more helpful if she didn't have such an attitude which is when she hung up on me.

When I checked my caller ID the number was unknown but remained visable. I phoned and she hung up on me more than once, when I phoned back she stated "Holloween is over, quit calling" I was so angry at that point that I started reserching online the Law Office of Paul Stassinos. This is what I found, I will file a report with the CA State Bar as well. I can only imagine the phone call if I was the person she was actually trying to locate.
