I discussed all my criteria and they said they had a tree that would meet all my requirements. I wanted to wait to order the tree closer to October, but he convinced me that it might not be in stock when I wanted it, so I ordered it in January. However, I made the mistake of not opening it (wanting to store it in the box until I needed it). When I opened it, I found the tree was not what I ordered and it totally unusable. I tried to contact the company from whom I purchased it and found they have since gone out of business. i don't know if this individual is going to attempt to open again as a new company, but people need to beware if he does. In my own story, I contacted the company with whom my vendor worked and they said they had never been paid for this tree by LawnOrnamentsAndFountains, so they were even less unable to help me. This has put a damper on my Christmas joy!
