Lazer Storm ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Los Angeles California

Order 2 lazer storm vacuum cleaners from t.v. and was sent 4 vacuum cleaners. I only wanted to buy 1 vacuum and get one free with a purchase price of 119.97 + 18.50 for shipping and handling fee. My credit card was charged 153.90 for the vacuum cleaners with a bill of a balance of 159.80. So I assumed they would charged my credit card the remainder of the balance if I did'nt call them to let them know that they made a mistake.

After hours of listening to an automated voice i was given a e-mail address"customer care@singerlazer.com " which was not working, to inform them not to charge my credit card the balance of 159.80. After I could not solve the problem by e-mail, I decided to call again. After calling for days and being on hold for hours, I finally spoke to a live person who told me she will correct the problem and she will send fed-x to pick up the vac's I did'nt want. They never came.

I decided to try the vacuum cleaner and it's performance was nothing like the t.v. commercial. The commercial stated vac did'nt need filters, it did. The vac was hard to push on my carpet because i have thick carpet, and the suction was poor. I was ready to sent all 4 vac's back for a total refund!

I tried calling lazer storm back at the numbers I had and again I was on hold for hours until they cut me off. This time I could not reach anyone to tell them that I wanted to send all 4 vac's back for a refund. I knew something was not right with this company, so I called my credit card and cancel the card so they would not charged my credit card for the remainder balance of the 2 vac's they sent "by mistake"??

I figure since I could not reach them to correct the problems they would reach me, because I had 2 vac's that they could not charged my credit card because I canceled. I'am still waiting for someone to get back to me. As of yet, no one has call me to correct the problem. LAZER STORM IS A BIG FRAUD!! I want my money back!!
