lazyboy poor quality and guaranty Nationwide
bought a lazyboy astor in 3/2015. it slowly fell apart. i called lazyboy 12/2016 it cost over 400 dollars plus many new parts to make like new. in5/2017 it again fell apart to the point i was sitting almost on the floor. frame, back, foam, and material all needed repaired or replaced. lazyboy said damage was do to normal wear and tear and i would have to cover cost of material and labor at 109 dollars per hour. they are saying after 2 or 3 years your rocker is useless. i am 75 years old , live by myself and am not hard on furniture. so far i have spent over 900 dollars. it would cost about the same to repair it. really bad quality and service.
