Leandre Sampson and Lucille Browne has fooled Leandre Current employer for approximately 18months collecting DCAP "Dependent Care Assistant Program" from Bright Horizon.  Here is the scheme. Leandre applied for childcare assistance from her job, the job approved her application at 50% for each child totalling 2 children.  Leandre and children reside in Yonkers NY and Lucille Browne reside in Brooklyn, NY.  There is NO WAY a 68 yr old woman "Lucille" can pick up children from yonkers school and take mass transit back to brooklyn for afterschool care.  travel time by bus 30 minutes and than train 1hr 15 minutes and than bus 25 minutes.
