signed a contract for credit check only, ended up with all kind of fees that I was told would not occur, billed way more than quoted. Con artiet Retriever of Jackson Mississippi representing, First National Processing dba Retriever, Retriever Leasing, Lease Finance Group, and First National Bank of Oklahoma. Their representative picked up their credit card only 17 July 2007.
I had to Change checking account, I was virtally billed $480.00 for $1,000.00 worth of credit card transaction. Since changing checking account harrassing phone calls, as many as 12 per day (I am *57 as many of these calls as I can.
Contract was cancelled when I surrendered the equipment which is owned by Retriever Leasing (First National Processing, Lease Finance Group LLC) who ever they want to call themselves, to their representatives.
I was even promised reimbursment. this just is not what I bargained for.

You stated that you signed a contract for a credit check?!? You don't sign a contract to run a credit check, you sign a contract to enter into a contract. Never sign anything unless you fully understand what you are agreeing to.
