LEC Colorado general contracting and landscaping business is incompetent and unable to complete the work as promised. Our contracted job was completely dismantled and redone by a professional company. LEC are scam artists and not capable of completing basic residential repairs.
The materials outlined in the contract were not used and the posts weren’t even set in concrete. We have to take them to court to recoup our money. The owner is a convicted felon and a Registered Child Sex Offender. His name is Quentin Lobin Moreno from Wellington, CO.
