I purchased 2 sets of tickets for 4 football related events to take place in New Orleans in October. The tickets were for a football game, 3 nights hotel stay, a comedy show and a bar crawl - all totaling $1300.00. The next day, I requested a refund as I found out a friend had purchased his own tickets and I had not needed to purchase the extra set. I was given a date for the refund as well as a promise that the hotel would contact me in regard to my reservations. 3 weeks and dozens of emails later, I have not received a refund or confirmation of anything. I called the hotel and they've never heard of me, the vendor or the event. I have been promised repeatedly that the refund is being processed and will be available the next day...then the next day... then the next day. It's clear that Lee Martin has no intention of refunding me.
